Chapter 99 - Glossary - Names, Titles II

*Names*

Elios: The name of an ancient hero who led a grand revolution that resulted in the end of the Age of Conflict where every race fought each other. This hero was said to be one of humble origins who vanished after accomplishing his goal of bring peace to the continent. Although there are many theories as to why he left without taking a position of power, there is a particular one that is joked about often. That the ancient hero was a lazy person who got wrapped into the revolution and quickly ended it so that he could return to a normal life of farming.

Al-mana: Mana has always existed in the world albeit in a variety of forms, but different races took varying times to become enlightened to its existence. The dragons came first, followed by the holy beasts and then high elves, with each race having a progenitor who spread their knowledge. However, the one who created the system called magic was not a member of these races. Little is recorded about this figure except the fact that he was a friend of the dragons and saviour of the continent. He was the one who established the first three types of magic and made the basic rules of magic. No matter the race, all pay respect to him under the name Al-mana.

Agath: After the disappearance of Lord Demon Progenitor who brought demons to the continent, any demon who had enough power to stand above all others could attain the position of Demon King. No one knew who came up with the idea, but a Demon King's title would always start with their chronological placement and end with the Demonic skill they obtained. Based on their Demonic skill, they would also use the last name that matched it. For those with the Demonic skill, Wrath, the name of the great demon general who made a certain plain into a forbidden zone was used. That name was Agath.

*Titles*

[Summit of Defence

Given to one who has reached the limit of Defence with their base form.

All physical damage taken will be severely reduced unless supported by a Strength above the limit or a skill of at least Epic rank or a Unique skill.]

[Summit of Agility

Given to one who has reached the limit of Agility with their base form.

All attacks can be evaded unless supported by an Agility at the limit or a skill of at least Epic rank or a Unique skill.]

[Summit of Dexterity

Given to one who has reached the limit of Dexterity with their base form.

It becomes easier to predict the movements of anyone with an Agility below the limit.]

[Ascetic

Given to one who has found their own path on the martial way and establishes their vision.

Increased lifespan.]

[Flamboyant Hunter

Given to one who seeks to make art out of the corpses of their enemies.

All stats +1 after every creative kill.]

[Crazy

Given one who cannot be understood by the common folk as a result of their deranged mindset.

Intelligence improves.

Low resistance to mental attacks.]

[Demon Slayer

An expert in handling demonkind. All demons feel fear when confronting those with this title.

All stats +20 against demons.

Demons and those affiliated with them will be suppressed when facing the holder of this title.]

[Holy Knight

A particularly righteous knight who was earned the respect and adoration of the people with their skills and charisma.

Improved Holy and Light affinity.]

[Hermit

Earned by one who has abstained from the seven pleasures for fifty years.

Resistance and, based on circumstance, immunity, to all abnormal mental conditions.]

[Holy Beast

One with the bloodline of one of the most ancient races.

Improved affinity with the natural environment and spirits.

High charisma.

Increased growth rate.]

[Last Survivor

The only living remaining member of a bloodline or organization.

Improved healing factor and resistance to all ailments.]

[Patient One

A person who was waited in the same place for over fifty years.

Improved resistance to mental attacks.

Heightened concentration when needed.]

[Teacher

One who has properly passed on their teachings to a student.

Improved critical thinking capability.]

[Aberrant

One who has committed an act deemed to be universally taboo or impossible.

Increase in magic capacity based on the scale of the act committed.]

[Noble

A person who has been confirmed to be from a historical family background.

Increased charisma.

Impression improves on others with the same title.

Intimidation increases when used on someone without this title.]

[Strong Parent

A strong love for a child and a wish to protect them awakens this title. You will do whatever it takes to see your child grow up well.

Always be aware of your child's location.

Can teleport to their side with no mana cost (Once a day)

Can tell when your child is in danger

You will be able to surpass your limits when protecting your child in a dangerous situation.

If your child dies, your stats will down by 20% for the same number of years as the age of your child.]

The leader a large resistance force.

Increased charisma.

Improved commanding ability.]

[Peak of Mana

Given to one who has touched the limit of their magic capacity.

Transcendental rights can be partially resisted.

It becomes possible to synchronise with the natural mana.]

[Summit

Given to one who has touched the limit of both the body and the spirit.
