"I guess I hit my head before, but why do they look dashing?" An elf asked the saint beside her.
"You're not wrong", she agreed.
The sounds of swords colliding, heavy breaths and loud yells. Such atmosphere is called a battlefield, a battlefield between the Ten Generals and the renowned Celestial Knights.
Most of the Ten Generals are in their true forms, half are cornered to use it while others want to fight with their full might.
Abaddon, on the other hand, doesn't see the Celestial Knights worthy to see his swordsmanship. In the past, he boasted the title of the greatest swordsman until his nephew defeated him.
The first defeat in his career of being a swordsman, his fury and envy should be justifiable. Abaddon might have learned from his defeat that he shouldn't underestimate his opponents but clashing with a Celestial Knight gives him goosebumps.
Not that he's afraid, he wants to protect his pride. "My lord, we have commenced."
"Start from the weak then the strong", he then changed his gaze to where the court hall is at, "Helios should have gave up several hours ago."
Abaddon raised his right-hand and casted a devil-grade spell. The Celestial Knights felt tight in their chest, suffocating and kneeling on their knee.
The weaker knights knelt on both knees and their irises were gone, their eyes went white. While the stronger and strongest knights were barely hanging on a slim thread.
The three defeated generals wiped the blood on the corner of their mouth and proceeded to teleport in front of Abaddon.
When Abaddon saw them, he slapped and punched the three generals. They coughed blood but smiled, made a gesture and disappeared.
Abaddon is left with seven generals and led the Sixth, Seventh and Tenth Armies in behalf of their commanders.
— AT THE INNER COURT HALL
Together with Abaddon, his generals and armies. He is accompanied by the fallen immortals who were banished because of their heavy sins.
Some of the heavy sins are treason, causing havoc in the other realms and dimensions, betrayal, defiled female immortals and mortals and more that is deemed countless.
"Helios, you are and will never be qualified to sit on the Heavenly Throne!"
"I agree. You committed sins similar to ours but because you are destined for the throne, you were forgiven and excused."
"Don't you remember that entire decade when you visited the Land of Elphius? You massacred the children of pure bloodline, defiled the mother of many and tortured those who went against you. Do you remember it Helios?"
Helios stayed silent. He had lowered his head, making his face dark. His clenched fists were trembling in both anger and anxiety.
Although his face can't be seen clearly, he's making an ugly expression of anger. Similar to a villain's face when the leading character defeats him and his pride gets attacked.
"That's enough!" Callista has opened her mouth. She has a weird obsession of protecting her husband, even if he is at wrong.
"Callista, my queen. Don't ruin your image as calm and elegant, your expression is unsightly", Abaddon exhaled after saying those words.
In response to Abaddon, she made a disgusted expression. Which angered the ill-tempered God of the Underworld.
"We must not forget the audience who fell unconscious. Most have gained their consciousness while some have started to regain it", Abaddon sighed.
Tilting his head towards the northern-east and looked at Callista in the corner of his eyes. "I vowed for my revenge. And here it is, I'll be the cause of your bad ending."
