MC rebuilds Uzushiogakure back to its former glory.
Scenario:
The MC (Age 7-13) is a survivor from the Uzumaki Clan, he was the son of Uzumaki Clan leader before ifs destruction.
During the attack, the clan leader hoping that his son would survive sealed all the Uzumaki clan knowledge, jutsu and techniques into his son. MC takes over as the leader of the survivors and protects them until they can go back to the ruins to rebuild their village (1-2 years later so the MC can learn the clan jutsus) During the timeskip he gathers shinobi/orphans from other villages to allow them have their own home soon (Yuhiko, Konan, Kimimaro etc)
Although its Uzumaki centric, this the village will have other clans reside in their village.
