(A/N: You rarely see MCs be born in a different village, they all gey reborn in konoha with the same broken abilities like sharingan or wood style so lets switch it up and have a Kumo shinobi as our MC!)

MC dies in his world and gets reborn into the world of Naruto as a baby who's about to be born without any wishes and broken abilities gifted by god. MC will be the same age as Naruto.
(I don't know any of the Kumo clans so you could create a completely new clan potentially with a kekkei genkai or without one.)
Shortly after his birth, Matatabi the two tailed beast gets sealed in our MC and he becomes the new Jincchuriki.
(In the original, Matatabi was sealed in Yugito but for the sake of the story lets say the previous host survived a bit longer and instead of Yugito who was a few years older, it got sealed into our MC who will be the same age as Naruto)
When writing this story I think you should focus on how he was treated as a Jincchuriki.
(Im not sure if Yugito wa hated but apparently, Killer B was hated by his village for being a jinchuriki but hat was when he first became one, maybe our MCs life would be different seeing as Killer B would be 20 years older than our MC so the village might react differently since Suna had only 1 Jincchuriki and Konoha feared Kurama)
His life in Kumo and his relationship with the village and most importantly the MCs relationship with Killer B and the Raikage. Maybe even Darui, Samui and the other two that i forgot the names of.
Matatabi is one of the more understanding and friendly tailed beasts, so also write about the relationship with Matatabi. (their first meeting and conversation, eventually you would like to have a perfect Jincchuriki with his own 'KCM' mode which would now hecome MCM mode.)
Write about his training and the academy, make the genin test different seeing as its a different village. his first missions as a shinobi etc.
You could also give the MC a unique summoning contract that wasn't in the original ( Maybe cats or white tigers since i think they would like to be the partbers of the 2 tailed Jincchuriki since matatabi is a cat)
Personally i would like if the MC decided to learn fuinjutsu since its not a widely used jutsi and is overpowered.
For the sake of the story the Hyuga incident never happens, so that means Neji's father is alive, the reason for this change is that I would like the MC to participate in the Chunin exams while on friendly terms with Konoha however if you decide otherwise it would still be fine.
Write about meeting the main characters of the story like Naruto, Sasuke and Gaara when he arrived in Konoha for the chunin exams. (Our MC will be seen as a prodigy and a genius that rivals Minato and Itachi thanks to his prior knowledge before getting reincarnated.)
Write about the 3 stages of the chunin exams.
Write about how different the Konoha invasion would have ended up if Kumo shinobi and the raikage were present and helped the hokage and potentially saving his life which would lead to a better relationships between the villages.
3 year time skip talking about what the MC did during the time skip, the missions, promotjom to Jonin.
Write about our MCs meeting with Jiraya who came to Kumo who came to warn the raikage of Akatsuki. (The villages are on friendly terms.) You could also have Jiraya evaluate our MCs skills in Fuinjutsu or maybe even teach him a thing or two since our MC is Naruto's friend.
Write about the Akatsuki attack for the tailed beasts. (Our MC would be really popular so maybe they send stronger shinobi lile Itachi and Kisame to take our MC idk but I think a fight between the MC and Itachi would be cool.)
Write about the five kage meeting, Fighting Sasuke and Obito declaring war on the five nations. Preparing for the war, maybe learning sage mode.
And then the whole Arc, the war would be lead by both Naruto and our MC and later on Sasuke would join them. Defeating Madara and Obito etc.
After that, you could have an arc where the MC becomes the Raikage marries a woman has a family, leads his village, his relatiomship with Garaa and Naruto etc...
