A/N: I jusy really want to see more fanfictions when the character has Obitos Powers or acts like him/Tobi. Just kamui alone makes him a really cool character so I think his abilities would be cool to see in the world of DxD.

Once again our MC dies and gets to meet god who gives him a chance of either being reincarnated or being sent to heaven, our MC chose reincarnation and ends up in the world of DxD with the powers of Obito Uchiha.
There are a lot of ways you can write this story in, the MC could be a human, a devil or become a devil by joining a peerage or somehow join the fallen angels or even Khaos Brigade.
(I think it would he cool if the MC joined the peerage of someone like Serafall because the MC would be in direct contact with most of the main characters. He would also be the only member of her peerage since they haven't shown Serfalls peerage so i guess she doesnt have one.)
Once he joins Serefalls peerage he starts doing missions for her and helps her with her Maou work.
Later on he ends up getting sent to the Human world in order to protect Sona seeing as a lot of fallen angel have been spotted.
He joins Kuoh Academy.
He eventually starts monitoring the town and spies on the fallen angels and reports his findings back to serafall.
He joins the fight against Kokaibel after he sees Rias' and Sonas peerage get manhandled and ends up beating Kokaibel. Later on Vali comes and he uses genjutsu on him to defeat him *Cough* Magical Girl Mil tan *Cough*
A/N: To be honest there isn't much to say about this idea, you just need to have to follow the original while inserting our MC and making him look like a complete badass.
