"Hi Fin" Jason approached the hug man. Sera and Jason had made a detour to Sera's apartment where she had changed into a black jean and a red shirt. She folded the long sleeve a little to reveal a golden bracelet and a black Swatch.
"Hi Detective Jason, you have been a hard one to find." Fin said and shock hands with Jason.
"So what did i miss?" Jason asked as Sera and Fin shook hands.
"Quite a lot" Fin said and pulled two seats from the desk around them and both detectives filled them up. "I will take it from when you two left the dockyard. Shortly, we got a call that there was a robbery and possible murder Downtown, in a pharmacy. When we our boys responded it turned out to be Cash and his wounded cousin, though Cash had disappeared before our boys got there but cousin was not fortunate. He got shot by a nurse." Fin said and grabbed a file from his desk."
"Does the nurse carry a fire arm around?" Sera asked surprised.
"No, while the doctor and the nurse carried out the surgery under duress, the nurse found and hide the pistol of the second person that accompanied Cash. We are yet to identify him." Fin said turning through the pages of the file.
"She aimed at the wrong guy, Cash would have been a better prize." Sera said looking at Jason who seem a bit far.
"Where is Abel, you said he wanted to see me." Jason recalled and stretched his head to look around id he could see Abel.
"The young man received a call about his sick mom, he had to run." Fin said and handed over the file to Jason.
"Bill Martinez, Cash's cousin. He has been arrested on different occasions for possession of drugs, violation of traffic laws, rap, possession of illegal arms and recently he was named by Abdul, the truck driver of the truck we impounded a few days ago carrying illegal arms, drugs and illegal immigrants suspected to be kidnapped and intended to be pimped on the streets." Fin reported.
"Why is he still working the streets, with all this defaults he should have been sentenced before the nurse cut him down?" Sera asked.
"Good question, he always slips away from the grasp of the law. Some of our guys are on their pay roll as you have discovered from the dockyard mission. They are quite sneaky and very invincible in their snitching but we already apprehended the officer who tried to give Cash a heads up about the mission through text, about our plans to storm the dockyard, i guess Cash didn't read it on time. It was received 15minutes before we stormed the grounds." Fin said.
"So what else do we have, i would like to check on Abel to hear what he has, might be helpful to nailing Dora's murderer." Jason asked flipping through the the pages in the file.
"Yeah, top on the ladder is Daniel." Fin said with a smile.
"Yea we heard it over the news, he died trying to get away." Sera said. Jason froze when he heard her say 'we', but Fin was already smiling in a funny way even before she said the 'we' word, it was kind of hard to tell if he kept the smile up because he had figured that both of them where sleeping together.
"Why do you have that smile on your face, Fin?" Jason asked and regretted it as soon as he realized Fins answer might embarrass Sera.
"I smile because Daniel is alive." Fin answered ignoring the look on Jason's face.

"The cops have placed you on a wanted list and the club have been shutdown." Bolt said calmly.
"That's not new, have you gotten the details of the new partner?" Cash asked as he threw the butt of his cigarette into the river.
"Sera Michael, she lives downtown and we have the specifics." Bolt responded.
"Gather what we have left among the boys let them arrive here ASAP where is Bob?" Cash asked.
"He is still not talking to anyone." Bolt replied.
"Tell him that i want to see him, now" Cash said.
Cash missed his cousin Bill but he was very sure Bob missed Bill more. They where best friends and Bob wouldn't talk to anyone since he was told of Bill's demise. Bod had been left behind to watch the cabin so he had totally not been involved with the collection of the merchandise and the shootout that cost Bill his life.
If he truly is hurt and feel terrible for the lose of his best friend their is only one way to prove it, Cash though as he lit up another cigarette.
"Yes Boss." Bob's voice came from behind.
"Bob, i hear you are still beaten up about Bill?" Cash said puffing smoke into the air. "i am beaten up to you know, i promised his mom, my aunt, that i will protect him but as it is i have failed my aunt." Cash placed his free hand on Bob.
"We need to do right by repaying the culprits with there own coin, what say you Bob?" Cash asked. He could see the fire lighting up in Bob, he wanted vengeance and he wanted it asap.
"I agree Boss, do you have anything in mind?" Bob asked.
"Sure, Bolt will furnish you with some details, you need to kidnap a detective, she will bring our enemy to us and we will have our pound of flesh." Cash said clinching his fingers into a fist.
"Bolt, select two other guys to join him, we need to collect our debt from Jason." Cash said and walked towards the cabin.

Don sat in the couch in his study and sipped on vodka from his glass cup. His mind was a bit far but he wasn't troubled one bit. He had a hunch about what had happened to Daniel but he wasn't sure. Rita had spoken to him with hate and if there is one thing he was sure about when it comes to relationships, it was that no matter how much you love a lady you cannot force her to stay because u cant force a horse to drink but you can force it to the stream.
Whats the point to keep a woman who is already in love with someone else, Don thought.
"Don, are you sure you want to let her just walk away, knowing that she knows too much?" Rahim asked as he walked into Don's study.
"Was that the same thing you reasoned when you sent the boys after Daniel?" Don asked sipping from his glass again.
Rahim was a little shocked but he was surprised because Don would know whatever he wants to know, keeping information away from him was absolutely a waste of time. "Don, this guy saw your face he saw mine too. Whats stops him from going to the cops. By the way our grip on the police is silently loosening, we cant afford to be complacent." Rahim said.
"I expect you to share all decision and action carried out on my behalf. It is absorb that i have to hear about Daniel from Rita."
"Am sorry Boss." Rahim said and moved his weight from one foot to the other.
"He is alive and that's making matters twice as difficult." Don said and drank from his glass. "Don something about it, send men down to the hospital." Cash instructed.
"What about Rita, Don." Rahim asked.
"When i said nothing must happen to her, i meant it Rahim." Don re-emphasized

Sera, Jason and Fin stepped out of the elevators at Tampa General Hospital as they made there way to Daniels private room on the fifth floor. As soon as they made there way to the corridor that housed Daniels private ward, they saw two uniformed men seated on both arms of the door that opens to Daniels room.
The two officers stood and saluted as soon as the saw the detectives and Fin approach them.
"Hey guys, any thing out of the ordinary?" Fin asked as he returned the salute.
"Not at all boss, everything has been quiet here." one of the uniform guys answered.
The three of them walked into the private ward and Daniel was awake and not surprised to see Jason and Sera, he had been expecting them.
"Hi Daniel." Sera said as she went to the left side of the bed where Daniel lay and Jason and Fin stood by the right side.
"Hi detectives, i know you must have heard different stories from the news, i heard it too." Daniel said.
"What can ever be wrong about the news, i specifically told you not to leave town and if you have to you need to check in with me first" Jason said.
"Until u where found almost out of Tampa where you screeched of the road from over speeding." Sera added
Daniel took a deep breath before engaging the cops surrounding him.
"I never wanted to leave town, i didn't have any reason to do that." Daniel paused for a while, i was abducted from my house that same day you visited me at the office. There was a fire on my street, a car had got caught on fire and i heard something Smashed in my apartment. So i went downstairs to check it out and that was the last thing i could remember."
"So you mean someone took you out to Tampa highway?" Sera asked as she took out her note pad and began to make notes.
Fin had a recorder with him and as soon as the discussion started, he was already recording the Daniels comment's.
"No, i woke up in a big warehouse or some sort of abandoned factory and i was blind folded with a hood so don't ask where." Daniel said.
Jason gradually became interested in the story when he saw that Daniel was not fishy. He stretched his hands to pause Daniel from continuing his recount.
"Hold up Daniel, are you saying you where abducted from your apartment to a warehouse?" Jason asked him, as he was rather perplexed.
"Yes, i was first knocked out then taking away. I woke up with a hood over my head and hands tied behind the chair i sat. You know the sort of thing you see on TV." Daniel said trying to sound tough.
"So did you recognize anyone? How did you escape?" Sera asked trying to corroborate with Daniels story and making him look like a Arnold Schwarzenegger.
"I need 24hour security and i need armed men around me till when i feel i am no longer threatened." Daniel said looking at Jason.
"I will break each of your bones to get you to talk, you are forgetting you are a suspect in a murder case and you tried to runaway from the law. With your actions the safe place for you is in jail till you tell me what happened to that girl that was killed in your premises. First you skipped payment to your private security agency, casing them to be off duty so you can help your business partners use your dockyard to transport drugs and arms not mentioning human trafficking. Each time you have skipped payment a crime was conducted on T. W. Dockyard where you call the shorts." Jason stopped and pointed at Daniel. "Start talking or you are one step from jail." Jason concluded.
"When i woke up i screamed for help but i got beaten instead. After a while a vehicle drove in and my hood was removed and i saw my abductor." Daniel paused
"Who was it Daniel." Sera asked loosen patients with him.
"Don Kane." Daniel replied.
"If Don Kane abducted you like you claim, how come you are still alive." Jason asked sarcastically.
"I don't know, he ordered his personal guard to string me up and after that he asked them to cut me down. He told me to leave Tampa and that i will be hunted by his men if i am still in Tampa by 9am. I had to save my life." Daniel said as he broke into tears.
"You skipped the part where you were sleeping with his wife." Jason said sarcastically. "Tell us what happened after then." Jason asked.
"I was blind folded again and dropped off in town, i took a cab home and quickly put a few things together and drove off in my car. But i soon noticed i was being followed and just when i was closed to leaving Tampa the vehicle ran me into the side of the road and off the cliff." Daniel sad sobbing.
"It is a miracle you came out unscratched." Fin said, "the scene was unbelievable."
"If what you are saying is right, they will attempt to get to you here," Jason turned to Fin. "We need armed men here and undercover cops too, can we engage your Alpha team again?" Jason asked.
"Sure, i will get on that now." Fin said.
"I need you with me when i talk to Adams too." Jason said as they made their way out of Daniel's ward. "But first, Daniel is priority, we have Don now."
As they walked backed towards the elevators, Fin stopped to give the uniform men the new brief as Jason and Sera took a few steppes away.
"Are you ready for this?" Jason asked.
"Ready for what? You sound like there is war coming." Sera said as she stretched her hands and tries to touch Jason's face but she realized they where in public and pulled it away.
"Don is a bad man and he is very crazy, he will go through any length to get Daniel. I need you to be safe." Jason said as Fin joined them again. As they walked took the right turn that leads to the elevator they saw Abel coming out of the elevator.
"Hey Abel, what a surprise." Jason said as Abel walked towards them.
"I dropped by to see you earlier but you were not available and i got a call that my mom slumped so i had to leave." Abel said shaking Jason and the rest.
"I am currently on my way to see you, i had a few things to tidy up here that was why i didn't come straight to see you. How is your mom by the way?" Jason asked showing genuine concern.
"She was admitted her, the doctors said she needs rest and in a few days she will be back on her feet."
"I don't know Abel, is this a bad time to hear what you had to say to me earlier?" Jason asked.
"No, not at all in fact its actually the best time because if i had not seen you, you would have gone ahead to check me in the book store and you would have missed me."
"Yeah, that's true." Jason said as he looked at Abel to get on with the information.
"This morning when i watched the news, i noticed that the guy who was shot at the pharmacy this early morning wore Dora's bracelet." Abel said.
"How could you tell from looking at the screen. Its a Golden bracelet with black strip on the side. Under that bracelet you will see an inscription that say, I LOVE YOU NOW AND ALWAYS, DK." Abel said.
"What if it isn't that one Dora owned?" Sera asked.
"I recognized it because she told me that the bracelet was all she has left of her mother, and it was a gift from her father on the day Dora was born. It was customized for Dora's mother and in the pictures you showed me of Dora, she wasn't wearing her bracelet at the murder scene. She always does." Abel said convincingly.
"Fin, where are the things collected from the body?" Jason asked.
"Its here in this building, upstairs, in the morgue. They would have it registered so the family of the deceased can pick them up at will."
"Let's go and have a look." Jason said and allowed Fin to lead the way.
After a few minutes, they where standing before a Doctor who led them to a wall of locker, and he inserted a key and pulled out a transparent bag and emptied its content on top of a table in the middle of the room.
Jason saw a bracelet, exactly as Abel had described. He looked at Sera skeptically and picked up the bracelet, he turned it to see the inside of the golden bracelet and he saw an engraved letters that read; I LOVE YOU NOW AND ALWAYS DK.
