Don had awoken again and unplugged the drips and removed the pulse cable connected to his chest. The sound of the alarm that went off brought both nurses and the doctors running over to Dons private ward.
"Sir what are you doing?" One the nursed asked with surprise all over her face.
"You cant do that." One of the Doctors said as he tried get Don to lay back.
Don ignored the dissonance going on all around him, Rahim had tried to tell him to take a little time off to rest so they would leave in the morning but Don wanted to get to the bottom of Dora's death ASAP. In his words, 'Whoever did this, whoever knows and whoever witnessed it will pay with their lives.'
"Mr. Dominic, I have been trying to talk to you about your condition but you have been resting and that it what we recommend to allow your drugs function properly." The Doctor explained.
"Yes Doc, I am well rested and that is why I would like to roll along now, thank you very much." Don said as he began to get off the patients rob.
"Mr. Dominic, you are not fine, you have a chronic kidney disease, diabetes, high cholesterol and you almost died. I need you to complete your medication so we can manage your condition." The Doctor said, trying to convince Don against his decision to abandon his treatment.
Don had found out his kidneys where failing and that was the more reason he wanted to make things right with his daughter. He had noticed that he occasionally felt dizzy for a few seconds, but it soon became longer than usual, then blackouts. When he ran some medical tests, result showed that his kidneys where no longer supportive and he may not last for more than 2 years. The thoughts of dying broke him, he began to drink heavily because it seemed to be making him forget. He knew drinking was compounding his condition but he preferred to be intoxicated and forget this condition than to be alive and miserable.
Don grabbed his cloths from Rahim who stood there not contributing in the conversation and worked into the rest room. A moment later he got out and winked at Rahim, Don nodded at the nurses and then the doctors as he walked out of the private ward with Rahim right behind him.

"This is Alpha 1, a ship just berthed and I see Asian ladies coming out of it." He reported.
Jason turned to look at Sera who had this 'I told you so look on her face'.
"Yeah, you are right." Jason told her, "This is human trafficking alright?" Jason stated.
"Could this have anything to do with the truck of weapon and women intercepted earlier today? Fin asked nobody in particular.
"I am sure they are related, we need to call this in and get reinforcement." Sera said looking at Fin who got his radio and tuned it to a different channel.
"All team be advised our mission is a go, there are evidence of human trafficking and possible arms deal going down at T. W Dockyard. All team ground team rendezvous at the T. W. Dockyard entrance we go in together. Air support prepare to move in on my signal. Move out now!" Fin screamed into the radio.
Fin had gotten both the regular cops and the SWAT team to be on standby as he waited to get a concrete reason to storm the crime scene. His motive for not disclosing what their mission would be was that he knew there will be a mole in their system who would give the out their plan to the drug dealers. Every drug dealer in Tampa has eyes and ears in the police, more reason they get away with crime.

Somewhere in the Police Department, one of the men in combat gear was typing on his phone. He had just listen to the instruction over the radio and wasn't surprised at all. When they had been placed on standby earlier he knew that the only big deal going down this night was the Cash cargo coming in. he only wanted to be sure because it was also possible that they had gotten a lead to the murderer of that young girl that was seen at the dock. He only prayer that Cash was not yet at the transaction point because if he was there is a slim chance that he will make it out. He read the message he was typing again.
"There are eagles everywhere." He punched sent.
****************
"We have fifteen minutes to get this up and running, let's move, legs go boys!" Cash cheered his men as some of them suspended their gun behind their back and lifted the crates containing weapons from the ship to the dock another pair of men carried the crates from the dock onto the truck.
At the corner beside the truck over 15 Asian comprising of women and children sat on the ground with about five armed men watching over them, guns at the read. Everything was moving smoothly and Cash was very impressed. His phone beeped but he didn't hear it, the success of tonight transaction clouded every other thing on his mind.
He turned towards the slaves and saw Bill standing beside one of the containers keeping an eye on the human cargo. Cash focused back on the crates as they were carefully carried into the trucks.
"Let's move it!" Cash screamed again checking his watch for the umpteenth time.

Rahim drove the bullet proof Toyota Prado swiftly on their way to 46. He didn't ask Don where he would like to go first but he assumed that with the urgency in leaving the hospital his first stop will be 46, then home and tomorrow morning they will drive to the morgue to identify Dora's corpse.
They drove passed the National Library and turned left into the industrial part of Tampa. There are lots of industry and huge factories in this parts and most of them were out of use for a very long time including Don's textile industry numbered 46.
Rahim drove into the abandoned factory and drove to the end of the industrial drive way inside the factory, close to 900 meters from the entrance. He turned left again and drove into the warehouse area that used to serve as a loading area during the factory working days.
The two men who had kidnapped Daniel where standing in wait for the Toyota Prado to come to a stop. Rahim came down and as he made to turn to open the door for Don, he quickly asked the men if everything is as planned.
"Yes, boss. We have him on lockdown." The huge guy answered.
Don came down with a little help from Rahim and he walked towards the guys who turned and led the way to the inner warehouse where Daniel was.
Soon Don was seating two steps away from the hooded Daniel he nodded to the slim guy who look away the hood from Daniels head and gave him a punch in the tummy to wake him up.
Daniel squeezed his abdomen to caress the hit, his hands were still tied behind him and spittle dropped from his mouth due to the impact of the punch.
"So you are the one sleeping with my wife." Don said, more like a statement than an answer.
Daniel was shocked to his marrow as he sat face to face with the popular Don Kane.
Everybody knew Don was a bad man and did terrible things but the law have been unable to tie him to any of the crimes he sponsored. He was smart enough to distinguish his business from crime and hooliganism, even though they are obviously intertwined. He used the gangster outfit to make sure the legitimate arm of his business stay inclined.
"Rahim, I think this guy's tongue is tied, could you loosen it a little, don't destroy it totally Rahim." Don said as he kept his eyes on Daniel.
Rahim began to take his suit off, he handed the black tuxedo to the fat guy who held it like his own life depended on the meticulous nature of how he held the tuxedo. Rahim began to fold his sleeves and all this while he kept his eye wrapped on Daniel. Daniel seeing all the activities around him almost shit his pants. He fear that this day will come but his affection for Rita washed that fear away. She had told him that she will protect him, for all he knows she could be dead by now.
Rahim walked up to Daniel and began to loosen the rope around his hands.
"Please I am sorry, I didn't mean to offend you Sir." Daniel finally started to plead.
"No you didn't offend me, you offended him." Don said pointing to Rahim.
"I am sorry Sir, whatever you want to know I will tell you just don't hurt me please." Daniel told Rahim who was dragging him to a horizontal metal bar suspended five feet from the ground with a thick rope tied in the middle of the rope.
Rahim tied Daniels hands apart on the bar and walked to ta corner at the wall and began to pull a sling and the bar began to rise upward dragging Daniels hands with it. Soon his legs were dangling in the air and he was crying like a five year old.
"If you are man enough to take what's mine Daniel, you should be man enough to take this." Don said walking up to where Daniel was spread out in the air. The slim guy replaced Don's chair and he sat into it taking deep breaths, he coughed twice before regaining his composure.
"I beg you sir, I will do anything you want or ask me to please don't hurt me." Daniel said.
"How about dropping dead, will you do that Daniel?" Don asked.
Rahim was returning from where he had fastened the ropes that kept Daniel hung up. He came around to face Daniel who at this point has shit his pants.
"Did he just do that?" Don asked.
Rahim nodded still looking at the man on a sling in front of him.
"You are obviously a shit head, this guy must have been pushed into this by Rita, he has no balls at all." Don said looking at Rahim.
"He sure knew what he was doing." Rahim said still looking at Daniel who was so terrified.
"Let me tell you something Daniel, Rahim gets angry when he takes of his suit and don't get to punch things around so I will make you a deal for being so stupid as to touch my wife." Don said and stood up. "I will love your death to be painful and not as quick as a bullet in the head so," Don walked to where Rahim stood and Rahim stepped away for Don to stand face to face with Daniel. "If I ever see you in Tampa again starting from 9am in the morning, I will have you tied to a car and driven around the town alive." Don said staring at Daniel who was astonished.
"You are letting me go?" Daniel asked with his mouth still dripping spittle.
"No so, I am allowing you live temporarily. How long you live depends on how far you stay away from Tampa and my wife." Don turned and began to walk to the exit.
Rahim could not understand what just happened, he had stood there looking at Don and for the first time he had no idea what Don was up to.
He grabbed his suit from the fat guy and followed Don towards the exit. "Cut that fool down and stay on him, if he is here in Tampa and the entire Florida by 9am kill him."
Soon Rahim drove Don back into the beautifully lit city of Tampa, the whole turn was alive with people and the regular activities. Don didn't seat behind as he would on a normal day, Rahim had been surprised when he open the back door for him and he had told him he would join him in the front.
"You have been looking at me skeptically Rahim, what's on your mind?" Don asked his friend and most rusted staff.
"Do you feel good?" Rahim asked Don with concern in his countenance.
"I actually feel great, I have dislodged quit a few things from my mind that has been eating me up all this years." Don replied and gestured to Rahim to stop the car.
Rahim pulled over to a stop and Don got down and began to walk, soon Rahim joined him. Rahim knew it was dangerous for the done to be exposed in such a crowded area but he could force the man to do anything he didn't want to do. The man was feared on the streets but he had enemies too, who would want to turn the table around for themselves to be the terror on the streets and not the terrified.
Don approached a hot dog stand and when the vendor gave him his orders, he recognized Don and fear gripped him, he refused to collect payment for the hot dog and Don smiled at him.
"Rahim give him double, the man is about to have a cardiac arrest on us." Don said and walked away. Rahim brought out a bundle of cash and while he was trying to finger through to give the man double, he noticed Don had walked away alone, Rahim threw the whole cash at the man and sprang towards Don.
"Don what are you doing, you know you can't be out here alone and in the open, I can't protect you alone." Rahim said with his hand holding the butt of his pistol under his suit.
Don stopped to have another bite of the hot dog and in between his chewing he turned to Rahim.
"I need to enjoy my last days, don't you think." Don said cheerfully and continued walking.
"What?" Rahim said with mouth agape.
"Nothing last forever my friend, not even the terror of the streets." Don said and continued walking away.
