Amelie was still in shock as Dr Gru's body was loaded into the back of an ambulance, an officer sat her down and took out a notepad.
"...So tell us exactly what happened" the officer asked. "...H-He took a pen and stabbed himself" she explained, making a fist and re-enacting exactly what he did. "Before he died, he...he claimed to have seen some horrifying stuff" Amelie told the officer. "Uh-Huh, and what did he see? Where did he see it?" The officer asked with suspicion.
"He looked out at that..." Amelie pointed out at the dark blue sky, "...There was a flashing white light, we both saw it...I saw a nice vision that gave me a sense of...belonging...but Dr Gru saw something else, he saw things that he claims cannot be comprehended by the human mind" Amelie told him.
"...Right..." the officer took out a pair of handcuffs, "Ma'am we will need to bring you in for questioning" The Officer stated. "No!! Dr Gru saw the same thing that I saw!! This means I'm really not the only one who's suffering from these things" Amelie yelled, "Suffering from what? What are you talking about?!" The Officer asked her. "Suffering from..." Amelie looked out the window, and what she saw horrified her, she watched as a long frail arm reached down from the top of the window, the arm seemed weak like it could snap like a stick at any moment, and the skin had visible veins popping out, Amelie watched in horror as she saw the faint silhouette of a head sticking out, and as she stared at the creature's cold black eyes, all she could think of was what Dr Gru said prior to his death, "The things that are emitting those lights...they are but a speck of dirt to the forces out there", if such nightmare fuel is nothing compared to what's out there, then Amelie really doesn't want to know what Dr Gru saw. Amelie immediately screamed and fell to the ground, she looked up at the officer and suddenly took her gun, blindly firing at the window. "Stop her!!!" Someone yelled, as the officer immediately twisted her arm and disarmed her, "What are you thinking?!" The Officer yelled as he looked out the window, "The arm!!! Can't you see it?!" Amelie asked. The officer looked up, but he saw no arm outside the window, all he saw was a shining bright light far in the distance, beckoning him to follow it...
