"One I have known GhostTown since we were young children so don't even try to say I only have a relationship with Tommy, two they picked the venue we didn't even know this event was being held until they came to us with the idea. And three, if you want to know my boss's opinion, ask my boss."
"Who is the boss of this place? I have a question for you?"
Lara walks out of the kitchen area. "I'm the owner here, what is your question?"
"Do you know how rudely your staff is treating me even though it's my opinion that will be written about in the article I write? And which will be the deciding factor if this event was worth the hype."
"I do know how rude someone is being but the rude person isn't Jordan but you. And if I don't respect my employees rights to privacy or other things I would be a terrible boss. But not only that Jordan is the second in command in this shop and one of the reasons this shop is still going. So if you are judging my right hand man, then you may leave the shop. We have surveillance cameras located around the shop and the girls in the back recording. I believe Lydia is doing an instagram live so we have all the evidence we need to counter any attacks you have against us. Also if you judge someone based simply on their sexuality, gender identity, gender expression or romantic preference then you should stop being a reporter?" The staff all laughed and the audience applauded so the reporter who was putting up a fight just left in a fit.
Jordan was about to leave for the second time but instead of an angry reporter calling out to him it was just Colby. "Hey J."
Jordan turns around quickly, "What's up?"
"Three things, actually. One congrats on becoming official. Two thank you. Three can we get another round of drinks?" He points to Tommy who was chugging a glass of water through a straw.
"How long has he been like that?" Jordan asked, slightly concerned.
"Since you said you were his boyfriend." Colby responded and they both chuckled, and this time Jordan was successful in leaving to get more drinks. Once Jordan was away from Colby and Tommy, Brady walked up to him and hit Jordan's arm.
"Well that was brazen or brave..."
"Or stupid!" Jordan finished. "'Cause now I want to explain to him it was only for the plan but if I say that and accidentally friendzone him without realizing then it cuts all chances of us dating for real. Now if only this was a book or tv show because then he'd overhear this conversation and could figure out a way to deal with me himself. Like if he wants to date me for real he could flirt, but if he wants us to be friends he could pretend he didn't hear this or he could cut me off completely. But not like I want him to hear this because I already feel like such an idiot!"
"If this were a fictitious story, what would you name your story and why?"
"Crazy, stupod love."
"Sorry, username is taken please choose another."
"The idiot and the fool. I'm an idiot for putting myself out there like that and he's a fool if he doesn't know that I'm serious about us."
"Speaking of idiocy, how did the kiss feel?"
"Great, amazing. God, my heart is still racing! And my entire family witnessed it."
"Well, put on a happy face because you still need to deliver them more water."
"Shit, I totally forgot." Jordan quickly grabs a couple drinks and walks back over to the tables to give the boys their drinks.
"Here you go GT, and one for you, babe." The word snapped Tommy out of his trance, he looked wide eyed at Jordan.
"Thanks, my angel." Jordan rubs Tommy's head as he walks away this time.
