"I'm okay, Colt." I let out a deep breath, walking purposefully toward Colt's car. "Please... take me home."
Colt rushed toward the passenger side and opened the door, but I walked around to the driver's side and slid in. "Get in."
"What the hell, Liv?" he asked, running around to the driver's seat. "I'm not letting you drive my car!"
I shook my head. "No, you're not." I revved the engine. "Get in."
Colt scoffed. "Are you even okay to drive?"
I shrugged, revving the engine again. "Probably not." I looked into his eyes. "Get in."
Colt bit his lower lip and then got into the passenger side. "If you wreck it, you bought it."
"Fine," I said, looking straight ahead. "Buckle up."
He reached up and slammed the seatbelt into place. "Happy?"
