Returning to her office, Amber was surprised to see Liam acting cold towards her, shrugging it off she went back to work. The next two weeks went by in a blur, she noticed that her boss was increasingly snappy, and rude towards her. Putting down her bags, she wrung the kinks out of her neck, sighing she plopped down on the sofa. Taking off her heels, she began to rub her sore feet when she heard a noise on her fire escape, thinking that it was an animal she paid it no mind, turning her attention back to her sore feet she went in the bathroom and got out the portable foot bath and massage kit, as she was picking out an essence to soak her feet in she heard another sound, looking up she saw a stranger in her bathroom mirror. Screaming she started to run, but the unknown assailant grabbed her and threw her into the bookshelf. Groaning Amber, slowly lid onto the floor ,looking up she saw the man pull out a gun, acting quickly, she sent out a powerful kick to the man's shin like she had seen in the movies. This action caused him to trip and the weapon fell out of his hands. Both of the groaning ,Amber from the blow that she had encountered and the unknown man from her powerful kick, Amber felt something sticky on the back of her head, reaching up and touching it she was surprised to see her hand covered in blood ,at that moment the man had already stood up and started to see where his gun had fallen, turning her head Amber and the unknown man eyes both locked on to the piece of metal, lunging for it at the same time a struggle occurred. Not being able to stop Amber from trying to grab the gun, the assailant grabbed a piece of glass and proceeded to try and stab Amber with it. Raising her hands and holding on to the shard of glass Amber fought with all her might to stop the shard from stabbing her, sweat was running down her face and tears poured out her eyes. ''Help!'' she yelled. As she was about to yell for help again , a powerful backhand stopped the words right in her throat, this action caused her hands to lip and the glass shard went into her belly.

Liam was pacing back and forth in his office, he was still after two weeks trying to understand what Channing had brought him. Grabbing the file, he slammed the door and went into the elevator, taking out his cell he called his friends '' I am going by her house. I want to confront her, meet me there.'' and with that he stepped into the elevator.
Liam drove like a madman to his assistant's home, pulling into the parking space with a screech he found his friends waiting for him, nodding he and them went into the elevator and stopped by her door. Summoning up the courage to knock, he was about to when he heard three gunshots from inside the apartment. Looking at his friends in shock the three of the simultaneously broke down her door and was shocked by what can only be described by one hell of a fight. Amber however was lying unconscious while the assailant slipped out the fire escape, as Brad went to chase him, Channing has spotted Amber, rushing to her side, he began to put pressure on the places that were bleeding, while Liam called the ambulance. Brad returned as he just placed the call panting he said' 'I couldn't catch him. That little bastard is fast.''
Turning to Liam, Channing said motioning to Amber's unconscious and bleeding out form and said ''What the hell is going on?'' Sighting Liam said '' I have no idea.''
Waking up a second time in the hospital, Amber sat up with a groan, as she looked around she saw various machines attached to her, sighing she goes to run her hand through her hair, but was surprised to find it bandaged. Looking at her now broken hand Amber shook her head as the memories started flooding in, Wincing at the pain in her torso she remembered that her attacker said to her after he shot her ''그는 당신이 작은 꽃을 남겼을 때 매우 화가났습니다. 이 총알이 당신을 죽이지 않을 것이라고 걱정하지 마십시오.'' Looking up she saw that the door was opening and in walked Liam, Brad and Channing. Running up to her Liam said '' Amber what happened to you, who shot you ?'' Scoffing Channing said '' I told you she had a shady past.'' Looking at her he said '' Right Amber ,or should i call you by your real name Amelia?'' Looking at her Liam said '' Amelia, no hold on her name is Amber ,Channing what are you talking about.'' Turning towards he grabbed her body and shook her '' What is he talking about Amber?'' he said.
Suddenly it all went into place ,like the pieces were a puzzle in her mind and she had just solved it. Looking at Channing with venomously she said '' It was you, wasn't it. It was you who went digging into my past.'' Laughing sarcastically she said '' Thanks a lot asshole ,you are the reason why everyone you know will die.''
''What are you talking about Amber?'' Liam queried. Scoffing Amber looked up at Channing and said'' Do you know what he said to me while he was putting three bullets into my body! You know what I'll tell you in your native language. He said 그는 당신이 작은 꽃을 남겼을 때 매우 화가났습니다. 이 총알이 당신을 죽이지 않을 것이라고 걱정하지 마십시오.'' ''What does that mean, what are you talking about?!'' Liam all but screamed. Swallowing Channing said '' He said { he's very upset you left little flower. Don't worry, these bullets will not kill you. He's coming for his prize.''
Looking at Amber in shock Liam turned only to find her sneering at Channing '' You dug into my past, you sent a monster after me. I have been running for three year and i finally thought that this is the place where I don't have to run. Since you brought him you will protect me from him, or I will turn your world to ash!''
Turning towards Liam, Amber said'' I'm not sorry you got dragged into this mess, blame you friend curious George over there. No one told you to dig into my past, the three of you have awakened a monster and he wont stop until me and everyone i know or even spoke to is dead.''
Turning towards Brad she said '' I'm disappointed in you, I trusted you the most, guess I was wrong, don't worry I will not be making the same mistake again.''
Turning towards Channing she said ''이 자식 아, 나를 쫓아 보냈어? 당신은 말 그대로 그의 피해자가 어디에 있는지 사이코에게 말했습니다. 젠장, 난 그놈의 멍청이를 그만두고 싶어. 이제 당신 때문에 우리는 모두 대가를 지불 할 것입니다..''

In a daze the three friends walked out of the hospital room that Amber was in. Channing was in shock that Amber had gotten hurt because of him. He felt weird, he never really liked her, he thought that she was too fake and something about her was bothering him. He felt like she was hiding something and being curious, he investigated, he was just trying to be a good friend he did not mean for someone to get hurt. Looking at his friends he noticed that they too were in a daze and they had made it outside, they were so out of it that before he could stop him Brad walked straight into a metal pole.
" Ow!" Brad yowled. Rubbing his now red forehead, he turned to see his friends laughing slightly at him. " Glad to know my pain, brings you joy !" he mocked. Stifling their laughter did nothing for them, and the three of them burst of laughing. Coming down Liam said " I cant believe you walked into a pole. Haha !"
"I cant believe that Amber can speak Korean!" exclaimed Brad. Turning towards Channing. he asked " Hey ,what was that she told you? It didn't sound pleasant."
Sighing. Channing said" Lets talk about it tomorrow, go home guys, get some rest. Ill stay with her tonight. Anyways its my fault that.... anyways its my fault, go home. Come back tomorrow."
Agreeing. Liam pulled a reluctant, Brad away and shoved him in the car, waving to Channing, he drove out the parking lot.
"What the hell did I do?" " What the hell is she mixed up in?" " Whom is the monster that she is referring to?" with these thoughts in his head, he sighed and went back into the hospital.
