The name was 'Daichi Takahashi', I remember this name, a thought of a tall man appeared, his face was blurry but on his eye was a small scar going vertically. I remember this very vividly for some reason, I know iv'e never this man in my life. I knew it was important so I wrote it down on a piece of paper and kept it in my pocket, making sure to not lose it. I took a short nap thinking about what I just saw while dozing off. I woke up and its midnight outside, I wanted to sneak out and see if I can find that man again. I snuck out and headed towards the forest, but then I notice something strange. Because it's so dark I couldn't see much but I see another set of footprints. I follow them and a couple of minutes later I stumble upon a person lying on the ground.
It was Hina. Hina was a dear friend of mine, I would sneak out of the house sometimes to go see her. Her family abuses her for no good reason and I would help her cope with her. She was someone that I held dear to my heart because she was a trusted and kind girl, I also knew exactly what she was going through. She was the same age as me but older than me by 5 months.
I'm near the cave so I pick her up and bring her to the cave, I lie her on the ground and pour a little bit of water on her face. She woke up surprised, "Hina are you ok, why were you in the middle of the woods?". Hina replied, "I had a strange dream telling me to come to this cave". I never told her about this cave so it was strange. I heard footsteps to my right and saw the man in a white robe from the other day.
"It's you from last night," I said. He said "You have two choices", I was confused. "who is that?" Hina asked, I didn't answer I was too focus on was going to say. Then the man said, "You can either live a miserable life living here without that stone... or you can keep that stone and come with me and let me help you awaken your potential with that power of yours". I trusted him, after what he did last night. I know the saying 'Stranger danger' but I felt a deep trust with this man, as if I knew him as one of my closest friends, I don't know why. My guts told me to go with him. "who is this man?" said Hina for the second time. I totally forgot she was here. I then said, "This man helped me in a way I could not have imagined" I made my decisions to go with the man that I didn't even know, My guts were telling me to go and I don't know why. I then said, "I want to go with you, even though I don't know who you are I want to go with you, I hate my family, I hate this place... I trust you!"
The man smiled a wholesome smile. Then he asked, "Who is this young lady here with you?" "Hina replied "My name is Hina, I don't know what is going but please take me with you. I want to be with Tobi, Where ever he goes I go." Then I thought to myself " I didn't really do anything I just brought you to the cave and woke you up". Then the man said, "Are you ok with taking her?" I nodded "very well, I shall take you both, come and hold on to my robe I need to take you somewhere." Hina and I walk up to him, he had a nostalgic fragrant but I can't remember where it was from. It was like I knew this man... but I didn't at the same time. We grabbed his robe but I felt something run through my finger as I grabbed his robe, It was like the robe reacted to my touch, It was a familiar sense? He said, "You two look down for a second". We both looked down and then something happened, the atmosphere changed, but I've felt it before.
"You can look now," the man said. I looked up, I was shocked. When I looked up I felt... free.
