Blacklight City is the third biggest city within Twilight Sanctuary. It's economy is good and it's a good place for trading and gambling. It's located along the coast far north and it's a perfect place for fishing. Due to a mysterious event the city is always night but is beautifully lit up by unique lanterns and street lights making it the most beautiful city in the realm. The city is surrounded by partial walls that are at least 30 feet high.
