Once the boys walk away I growl slightly. It's only been a day and I already want to strangle him
Soon after a few periods it was lunch time.
I was super excited because lunch will always be my favorite period.
Ana skips to my locker smiling
It'll take a while to get used to her bubbly attitude but who knows it may be refreshing.
"Ready for lunch cloudy?" She smiles Inoccently and all I could do was laugh
"Did you just call me cloudy?"
She nods playfully "well you are compared to me. You know you are dark and cloudy. "
well that's childish but whatever makes her happy
I look at her amused and roll my eyes. Walking towards lunch she wraps her arm in mine smiling
Smiling that much should be a sin.
My arm still hurt from last night but I couldn't flinch or she would know.
walking in the cafeteria it was a bit smaller then my last school. the walls were a bright white. the floors a marbled design. the people just looked happy they were eating but when you saw them in the halls they looked like walking zombies.
We grab our lunch and sit down. I had a yummy cheeseburger and fries. My mouth watering at the sight
Ana goes on and on about her hatred with damon I sit there pretending to listen
I couldn't help it the delicious cheeseburger was calling for me.
Suddenly a pair of hands covers me eyes. I jump slightly confused.
"Guess who?"
I instantly knew that voice. Justin? what the hell was he doing here? I couldn't help but groan softly but I plastered a fake smile on my face and look at him
"Hey! Oh my gosh I missed you sweetheart!" I grab him and pull down into a hug. It wasn't a lie I did miss him it just would've been nice to have the distance.
I could feel Ana looking at us confused but I ignored her as he sits down.
"I know you did. I didn't like being so far away from you so after a lot of convincing my parents agreed to let me move down here and stay with my grandma"
He says smiling and I just nod. I was a little disappointed but I loved him so I guess I'll have to deal with it.
He looks down at my plate of food and frowns
"Babe what did we talk about? These foods will make you fatter than you already are." He scoots my tray away and places a salad in front of me
Not going to lie that hurt. But I wasn't going to show him that it did.
I used to love salads and then I met him.
I could hear Ana scoff from next to me and honestly I wanted to as well but I knew better than that. I knew I wasn't fat I was just curvy. I wasn't super skinny but I wasn't huge either. I was just in the middle
"Excuse me I don't know who the fuck you are but she is not fat she is beautiful. If she wants to eat a cheeseburger she should be allowed. " I couldn't believe those words left Ana's mouth. Other than her issue with damon I didn't think she was capable of that.
But then again I've only known her for a day.
Justin glares at her with so much hatred and before he can say anything I feel a cold liquid run down my head. I was confused at first but the cafeteria went silent except for Justin's laughing
Jerk..
I look behind me and saw no other than Cory. He smiles innocently and the next words that left his mouth was
"oopsies sorry I didn't mean to dump this on the new teachers pet"
Oopsies? He did this and all he can say is oopsies? Are you kidding me?
I was confused by the teachers pet but then I understood it was because how nice I was to the teachers. how does that make me a teachers pet?
The look on my face was deadly and the moment he realized I had this look he turned pale slightly but hid it with his famous smirk
"Are you kidding me? What the fuck is wrong with you? Is your ego that damaged?! " I was fuming at this point. I shoved him backwards.
"You are such an ass Cory." I say grabbing the salad dumping it on his head along with the dressing. He looks at me as his jaw dropped.
I heard the cafeteria gasp
come on guys it's not a tele novella.
I grabbed my cheeseburger and pointed at Justin
"First off I am not fat if I want to eat 20 cheeseburgers I will I dare you to try and stop me asshole. You don't get to come to this school and tell me what to do. Im not dealing with that so you can either get your act together and start acting like a boyfriend or get the fuck out of here." And I pointed at Cory who had a surprised look on his face "and you don't even get me started. I am not the teachers pet just because I am nice to them does not make a teachers pet. I am just being respectful and trying to make their day better after they meet assholes like you. If you pull another stunt like this I will not hesitate to kill you."
I growled stepping closer with each word as he backs up cautiously. Ranch dressing dripping down his forehead.
I walk off taking a bite of my cheeseburger not saying another word. The clicking of heels following me. Knowing it was Ana calmed me down just a bit.
This is exactly why I can't stand people.
