"CORY MICHAEL COTTON GET YOUR ASS UP YOU HAVE 10 MINUTES TILL YOU ARE LATE FOR SCHOOL!" That ladies and gentleman is the lovely voice of my mom.

I groan softly getting up from my bed. It really only took me five minutes to get ready. I walk to my closet in the room. It was a decent sized. Not to big and it wasn't too small like my room. It was a nice room just not like how you see in the movies with the walk in closet or shit like that. Our house was a two story. It wasn't so bad, to me it was perfect
I grab a black V neck t-shirt that hugged my body, a pair of blue jeans, and brown boots. I dont really bother with my hair I look hot either way.
Moping to the bathroom I brush my teeth and soon grabbed my bookbag. I don't shower in the morning too much work honestly and eat breakfast just makes me sick.
Anyone else? No? Just me? Thought so..
Heading down the stairs I smiled at my mom. She looked exhausted. She was constantly working just to keep the house we live in. It crushes me to see her like this.
I always offered to get a job but the woman is so stubborn she wants me to focus on my schooling.
It's taking me a while to get used to the fact I don't have my father to say hi to in the morning. I stare at his empty chair remembering how he would always kiss mom on the cheek and read his newspaper making sure I got to school safely before he went to work. I won't lie I miss him it's only been 6 months. 6 months since I lost my best friend. 6 months since I changed.
Pushing away my thoughts I grab my leather jacket and head out.
I got into my truck and started her up. Hearing her engine just made me smile instantly.
"Man I love this truck."
Zooming off to school I drive into the parking lot honking at a few students getting in the way.
Why do they have to walk in the middle of the road? Just get your shit and walk on the sidewalk. It's not hard to do
Soon finding the same parking spot I been parking at since freshmen year, I saw a girl sitting on her motorcycle. I pull in kind of staring at her.
"Woah" I whispered softly
She is so beautiful. Her hair color, facial features, her body...wait cory snap out of it. You don't like her she is just another person

Everyone knows I am not the kind of dude to sleep with everyone. I have a lot more respect for women than that. Sure I'm a jerk but I'm a respectful jerk. The only person I have ever slept with was with the love of my life and we dated for fives years till she cheated. We broke up a year ago.
What's the point of cheating? If you didn't like me than honestly you could have just dumped me that would've hurt less.
Snapping out of my thoughts I park next to her glancing at her a few times.
Damn who is the new girl?
Soon getting a grip I got out of my truck grabbing my bookbag.
