*Taylor's POV*
Ever since the talk with Xavier last night that's all I've been thinking about, I know he worries about me but something tells me that he's hiding something big from me and I just wish he would trust me enough to tell me although it could be for my safety. I don't know, I hope he does decide to tell me what has been bothering him, one thing I do know is that it may have something to do with Nikki just from his reaction when I told him that she invited me to her house. I'm going to keep my guard up just in case because something just really seems off, Sapphire spoke up & agreed with me then told me that she'll try talking to Damien for any information of what's going on.
After getting ready for school I went downstairs to have my breakfast and as soon as I walked in, the tension was soo thick that you could cut it with a knife, so I tried to lighten the mood a little which helped but not enough. When nobody said anything I just sighed & got up to leave for school, it frustrated me because they're keeping something from me and I hate being in the dark especially if it has anything to do with me but I wasn't going to let that bring me down.
Today was an uneventful easy day, I was surprised that Nikki didn't come to school today seeing as I was heading to her house afterwards, when I saw Stacey seemed nervous & on edge. Even through this she was still nice to me but I noticed throughout the day that she was looking for someone, every time I saw her she would look around so I asked if she was alright which she said she was & asked if I've seen Nikki today then I told her I hadn't she seemed even more nervous or maybe worried. I also hadn't seen much of Xavier today other than this morning talking with his Beta & friends in front of the school, I think I only saw him in maybe two of my classes today; I just want to know WTF is going on with everyone!
After school I headed home to drop my bag off then make my way over to Nikki's house so I went into the woods to strip and tied my clothing to my flank then shifted going towards Nikki's which wasn't that far. Once there I shifted back & got dressed then rang her doorbell, when she answered the door with a smile on her face. I noticed right away that I was the only one here so I asked which she said that they're on their way but something seems off but I tried playing it off as if I wasn't suspicious. I looked around and told her she has a beautiful place then she said thanks & told me if I wanted to freshen up before everyone got here then showed me where the bathroom is so I did.
As soon as I closed the door I released a breath not realizing that I had been holding it in before Sapphire pipes in pretty much saying the same thing as I feel, that something's off so I ask her if she thinks I should call Xavier or is it our paranoid imagination getting the best of us. She thinks about it for a minute and says that we should text Xavier to let him know where here instead of calling just in case this is a trap so they won't be able to hear us which she agrees then I sent Xavier a quick text letting him know that where were are along with the fact that something seems off.
I hope he reads it and he comes to check on me but then I started thinking about it when I wondered if this is what Xavier & all of our friends have been worried about and on edge. Of course thinking about this along with it not seems right I asked Sapphire if we should just head back home which she agrees so with that decided I just have to figure out what excuse I'm going to use, I figured I'll just tell her that I'm not feeling that good & a little under the weather.
Once finished I started walking down the hall to let Nikki know when I noticed it was a little too quiet and it felt like someone was behind me but before I could turn around I felt something prick my neck then collapsed on the floor, I started going into panic mode knowing who was behind this before he even showed his face...Nick! I frantically looked around until I saw Nikki walking over where I tried to ask her "WHY" with my eyes while Nick was laughing like the sadistic person he is before she finally looked at me only to realize that I was wide awake just paralyzed.
She gasped when she saw the look in my eyes and asked Nick what his plans for me were which he answered with "I have very BIG plans for her but nothing for you to worry your pretty little head about. This what you wanted wasn't it, so you can have the alpha all to yourself & her out of the way?" Nikki looked over at me again where she saw that I was crying then mouthing the words "sorry" to me.
Unfortunately Nick noticed this & said "this is the reason why I don't work with she-wolves before punching her in the face in turn knocking her out and said well I guess I'll have fun with both of you then. He picked me up to place me in a closet so I wouldn't be noticed if someone came home or looking and said "don't go anywhere now...ha ha ha" before picking Nikki up carrying her on his shoulders I'm guessing he's taking her to wherever he'll be taking me as well.
To say I'm scared would be the understatement of the century, I was absolutely & completely terrified but not only for me but for Nikki as well even though she wanted Xavier to herself and me out of the way, I don't think she realized the extent of teaming up with Nick would be but at the end I'm pretty sure she would've done the right thing when she saw just how evil he is.
When he finally came back which seemed like hours which was most likely only minutes grabbing me the same he did her and bringing me to what seems like a cabin I'm guessing since I'm for the most part upside down so I can't really see until we enter the building which looks on the small side then he just drops me on a bed tying me down even though I'm paralyzed where I can see Nikki tied to a chair still unconscious.
Once she woke up only to realize that she was strapped down she looked over at me and said she's really sorry, which she knows that I can't answer her before closing my eyes to pray to the Moon Goddess to spare Nikki the torture I know I'll be receiving and that Xavier got my text & decides to go to Nikki's to check on me along with saving me once again.
