The mother chuckles and tucked her children in bed. " Okay, my little ones. Rest now, open your ears, and let your imagination take over." The mother tells her children and they nod getting ready to listen. " Okay, it was a long time ago on a dark cold night..."
/Many many many years ago\
A snow storm blows across the plains and through the forest, into a cave which is a gate way to a hidden city. A City for werewolves and wolf bloods, it keeps them hidden and safe from humans. Though there are rules in this city, when one is banished they loose either their human or wolf form depending on the crime. They can never leave without permission, or fall for a human. If one is caught in an affair with a human they will be banished stuck as wolves forever. The pack rules are still around, with Hunters, guards, Beta, and Alpha. Wolfbloods are extremely rare and more powerful than a werewolf. Of course there are other types of hidden cities or villages which in the forest. There is one place where no one is allowed to enter, the lair of the dragon. The dragon was once feared before being turned to stone, which it remained that way to this day.
The Alpha's wife is in her room giving birth to his child, a healthy baby girl named Angel Woods. Angel's mom Darlene looked down at her precious Girl and smiles. "Hello there my Angel." She says in a sweet voice. The Alpha joins his Wife and his daughter with a smile. They promised a happy life, but unfortunately when Angel was 14 her father grew ill causing his brother to take over the role of alpha. The new alpha made Angel's and her mom's life miserable for a few years.
( Few years ahead.)
Angel's POV
It's been years since my dad's brother took over, my mom and I are now nothing more than forgotten. Our Alpha stats nonexistent, meaning that other wolves can push us around like we are nothing more than omegas. Alex a friend of mine helps my mom and I, Alex is a hunter so when he goes out hunting he brings back food for us. I'm now 17, my white hair is almost to my butt desperately needing to be cut, my once soft gray eyes are now sharp, my body isn't perfect but I don't care even though my skin is pale since I don't go out that much. My mom has vibrant green eyes and brown hair, her skin is the same as mine. I loved my mom with all my heart, which is why I have Alex train me to be a Hunter as I wanted to be strong for her. I met Alex when I was 15, he is 19 now and is pretty good looking. With rusty colored hair and his deep blue eyes, also a body build that makes him a Hunter. I'm glad that we met, he has been so much help. Just as I was thinking about what it could be like to be out of this town I hear the front door being broken into so I went to protect my mom. Two guards enter the house and threatened me. " Move away, we are taking Ms. Woods with us to see the alpha. If you intervene you will be punished." I sneer at them and stand my ground even though my mom pleads for me to stand down. " Please don't hurt my daughter, she means the world to me." My mom pleads to the guards, but they don't listen and one shifts into a gray wolf snarling at me before launching it's self at me and bites into my left shoulder. I snarl trying to get the wolf off of me, within a minute the wolf was thrown off of me by another wolf. The two wolves square each other up before the grey one moves to attack the other wolf only the wolf to quickly move out of the way. The other guard runs up to me who tried to punch me I just straight up punched him in the face before kicking him in the jewels. He collapsed in pain, I looked at the wolf fight only to see that the guard had shifted back and injected the wolf with something that made him go unconscious. I was foolish enough to let my guard down and the guard I kicked, stabbed a needle into my leg injecting me with the strange liquid causing everything to go black.
No ones POV
The guards takes Ms. Woods to see the Alpha who was waiting impatiently. When they finally arrive the Alpha looks at them. "What took you two so long? How hard is it to do something so simple?" He asks and one of the guards explained to his Alpha what took them so long. " I see, it seems like I have to deal with those two." The Alpha says with his hands behind his back. " Take Ms. Woods to her room, and get her ready for night." He orders and the guards nods then they take her to her bedroom. When they left the Alpha started planning, he looked at his Beta. " Let the City know to come to the gates, tomorrow at sundown. Also tell the higher wolves that I'm hosting a meeting at early in the morning, it's time that we fix this world." He orders his Beta who bows and left to get those orders done. The next day the meeting was held the Alpha welcomes his guests and they get right down to business. " I'm glad that all of you could come, Now I think it's time to fix this world." The Alpha starts. " How do you expect we do that?" One of the people asks. " simple, we wake the dragon and make it obey us." The Alpha answers everyone looks at the Alpha in disbelief and they all started to talk over each other. The Alpha growls and slams his hands on the table. " ENOUGH! I'm the Alpha and what I say goes! And I say we free the dragon!" He snarls making everyone go quiet and they have no choice but to agree. A team was formed to go to the dragon's lair, even though they weren't sure it would be wise. They left through the gates into the forest, where they started to head towards the dragon's lair. When they got there it was close to noon, the leader went in first the rest following close behind. The leader kept walking until they found the statue, the statue has writing on it. Of course there was a warning, no sign of how to awaken the dragon though. So they go deeper stumbling upon an alter along with what looks like what's left of a city or something.
The leader carefully leads his group to the alter, wondering what happened to the ones who lived there. Once they arrive at the alter they try to figure out how to activate it. One of the people trips activating one of the alter pillars, the rest soon caught on and soon activated all the pillars. A beam of light shot out and went through the cave to the dragon statue, lighting it a blaze in green flame. The group rushed to the exit as the statue started breaking, green flames block the exit stopping the group. A deep roar shook the cave as the statue was engulfed in the green flames, the flames died down revealing the dragon before them.
The dragon looks at the group and growls lowly. " You fools have awaken me from my slumber, the dragon of death. Now that I'm free I'll pick up were I left off of, taking over the world." The dragon says and he stalks over to the group, screams filled the cave. Only the leader remained trembling as his group is nothing more than skeletons.
Angel's POV
I wake up to Alex shaking me, I gave him a hug to thank him. It only took a few seconds to realize that my mom was gone. I failed her. I break down crying I feel Alex hug me gently letting me let it all out. After a few minutes I hear a commotion outside, Alex and I went to see what was going on. " A meeting?" Alex looks at me with a worried expression. He and I leave his house to see what it is about, we see the Alpha who waits for everyone to be quiet. " Settle down everyone and thank you all for coming. Now I asked you all to come for a reason, that reason is a banishment two to be exact. Angel W. And Alex Rust have dared to go against a guard's order and fought them. Now I don't need troublesome people in this city, as to why they are being banished." The Alpha says causing everyone to gasp, Two guards grabs Alex and I and leads us to the gate before pushing us out of the safety of our home. The sounds of the wilderness fill my ears, once again I break down and cry because I won't be able to see my mom again. I failed.
