As Wendy, Silver, and Amber walked down the road Silver yawned and asked "So what are we doing?" Wendy glanced at him and said, "We're going to my college, I need you to help out with some things." Silver stared at her and said, "So you need some people to help out around the school?" Wendy nodded and said, "My college is gonna be having a festival, and I said that I knew some people who might be able to help." Wendy glanced at Silver and said, "Since you've already come this far I'm sure you don't mind, right?"
Silver stared at her and said, "Sure, I don't mind." Wendy smiled and said, "I knew I could count on you." Silver glanced at Amber and asked, "What about her?" Wendy stared at Amber as Amber said "I can help too." Wendy stared at her and said, "You don't have to, you can just sit around and do what you want while we work on the festival." Wendy glanced at Silver and said "Speaking of the festival I should probably tell you that many people are gonna be coming, you should come too, it'll be fun."
Silver glanced up into the sky and said "Alright, I'll stop by the festival with Amber then." Wendy smiled and said, "Then I guess you'll get to see the fruit of your labor." Amber glanced at Silver and asked, "What's a festival like?" Silver stood there for a minute and said "There's normally food and games, other than that I have no idea how to explain it." Wendy stared at him and said, "It's also a very romantic setting." Silver stared at her and asked, "Wait are you trying to set this up as a date?" Wendy smiled and said "Your words not mine."
Amber glanced at Silver and said, "You should go on the date." Silver glanced at Amber and said, "Can't, I have to keep watch over you." Wendy smiled and said, "You can bring Amber, that won't change if it's a date or not." Silver stared at Wendy and said, "I see you're not gonna give up on this topic any time soon." Wendy nodded and said "Yup, so just give in and go out with me." Silver let out a sigh and said "Fine I'll go on this so-called date with you." Wendy smiled and said, "So it is a date." Silver nodded and said, "Sure, it's a date."
Wendy glanced at Amber and shouted, "Alright, team romance's first step!" Amber stared at her and asked, "How many more steps now?" Wendy stood there for a moment and said "Um, maybe seven?" Silver glanced at Amber and said, "Believe me, it's a lot more than seven." Amber stared at Silver and asked, "Then how many more steps do we need?" Silver thought for a moment and said "Perhaps the amount doesn't matter, maybe it just depends on the size of each step."
Amber stared at him and said, "Then it might be seven?" Silver shrugged and said, "It could be." Wendy stared at him and said, "You must be an expert at dodging questions." Silver stared at her and said, "I didn't dodge the question, I gave an answer." Wendy stared at him and said, "Yeah you gave an answer alright, a really fricking confusing one." Amber stared at Wendy and said, "But he just told us that it might be seven steps, right?" Wendy sighed and said, "I guess so."
As they arrived at the college a bunch of female students approached Wendy and said "It's about time you showed up, we've been waiting for you." Wendy stared at them and said, "Sorry, I brought help just like I said but it took longer than expected." The group of girls turned their attention to Silver who was crouched down and talking to Amber as they asked "Did you only bring one hot guy and a kid?" Wendy stared at them and said, "Don't worry, he's way more than just a really pretty face."
The girls all glanced at Amber and asked "And what about her?" Wendy shrugged and said, "He didn't wanna leave her at the daycare on a day off." The girls all stared at him and said "So he's the married type." Wendy glanced at them and said, "Of course not, that kid isn't actually his, he just takes care of her." Silver picked Amber up and walked over to them as he asked "So what are you all talking about?" Wendy glanced at him and said, "We're talking about how Amber isn't actually your kid."
Silver stared at her and said, "Well not yet, I still need the legal documents and stuff like the birth certificate and all that other stuff." The girls stared at him and asked "Does this mean you don't have a wife?" Silver stared at them and said, "I don't see how this information can help with the festival, but yeah I'm single." The girls pointed at a few boxes and asked "Can you please move those across the campus for us, there should be another group over there somewhere, just tell them your here to help."
As Silver walked away he picked up one of the boxes while carrying Amber. The girls all stared at him as they said "He's handsome, caring, strong, and above all else single." One of the girls glanced at Wendy and asked "Is this the reason why you've been turning down so many guys at our college." Wendy nodded and said, "You bet if I can score him I'd definitely have a happy future." The girls stared at her and said "We'll be rooting for you."
As Silver set a box down next to some other boxes he glanced around and asked "Do you think this is the place?" Amber stared at some guy standing around and said "I can ask that guy if you want." Silver set her down and said, "I can ask him if you don't wanna." Amber shook her head and said, "No I wanna ask him myself." As Amber ran over to him excitedly Silver stared at her and said "Guess I won't stop her."
After a few seconds, Amber walked back over and nervously said "I-I forgot what I was going to ask him." Silver stared at her and said, "Take it easy, we're just gonna ask if we should leave these boxes here for the festival." Amber nodded and said "R-right, then I'll ask him about that." After another few seconds, Amber came back extremely cheerful and said "We are supposed to leave the boxes here." Silver smiled and said, "Then we should go grab the rest real quick." Amber nodded and said "Right."
As they walked back over to the pile of boxes Silver began to count them and said "There's way too many too many to just carry them one by one." Amber walked over to a smaller box and picked it up as she said "I-I'll help." Silver began to pick up and stack some boxes as he said "You don't have to, but you can if you want to." Amber nodded and said "O-okay." As they both walked back to the place where they were leaving the boxes Silver said "Don't push yourself too hard, be sure to take a break if you need one." As Amber nodded the other girls said "You'd think he was her actual father."
Wendy nodded and said, "Yeah but we should stop staring and finish up these posters so we can have him hang them up and pass them around the city." The girls nodded and said, "Right, let's finish this." As Silver and Amber finished carrying the boxes to the new location Silver walked over to the girls while carrying Amber as he asked "Is there anything else you need?" The girls stared at him and said "You finished already?" Silver nodded and said, "Yeah, I just carried multiple boxes to speed it up." The girl handed him a paper with directions and said "You should go see if the boys need any help."
Silver stared at the paper and said "Alright then." As Silver left the girls glanced at each other and asked "Didn't most of those boxes weigh forty pounds each." Wendy nodded and said, "I'm sure they did but he usually carries eighty pounds on him so that's probably nothing to him." The girls stared at Wendy and asked "Why does he carry eighty pounds with him?" Wendy stared at them and smiled as she said "If I told you you wouldn't believe me."
As Silver arrived there was a group of boys whispering amongst themselves. Silver stared at them and said, "I heard from Wendy and the others that you guys need help for festival planning." One of the boys walked over to him and asked "Is it true that your dating Wendy?" Silver stood there for a few seconds and said "Well she did ask me to go to the festival with her." Amber nodded and said, "Yeah they're dating." Silver glanced at Amber and said, "No this is probably a one-time thing." The boy stared at Silver and said "I see." The boy pointed at Silver and shouted "Then fight me for her!"
