"Well, the thing is, as I said, it's in the woods, so if you go around the back, there's a huge forest you must cross first, which honestly nobody wants to. And if you go thru the front, then the entrance is thru the college, which has as I said before, deemed it a no entry zone. And it kinda comes in the college property so it's considered trespassing if somebody breaks in."
It made sense, who would hike thru the entire forest just to go see a bunch of old and run down -possibly about to collapse on your head- obstacle courses and game fields?
