Arriving at the manor, the boys split up getting into position before they begin their assault on the nobles. While getting into position, Lord Zigan's guests began to arrive one after the other. With each guest came more guards but none of them were worried. All would die tonight.
Hunter had gotten back onto the roof and was right on top of where the dining hall was. To get to it he would have to smash through the roof then the second floor, however it would cause quite a shock factor which would give him some more time before the nobles tried to run away. He took out the two bone knives and tied a spool of yarn to each hilt so he could throw the knives and then pull them back. As he finished his preparations his heightened hearing picked up Lord Zigan welcoming everyone to the party.
After a while of dancing and eating Lord Zigan began to get everyone's attention. At this point Hunter whistled loudly, alerting Ian to begin his attack on the guards at the gate. Listening back into the ballroom, Hunter "saw" Lord Zigan bring the two elf girls, dressed in only bikini's and with chains around their necks, legs, and arms; out on show and heard him begin talking about how he caught them in the woods and how he was willing to sell them, though they were no longer virgins. The laughter of the crowd set off Hunter so much so that his rage manifested in his eyes, turning them as black as night and as cold as the void.
With a clatter, one of the gate guards came rushing into the ballroom, running up to Lord Zigan in a panic. "My Lord, we have a situation at the main gate. A seven year old boy has gone on a rampage and has been killing the guards. We tried killing him but our weapons bounce off his skin as if it were made of iron."
"If what you say is true then I want you to catch him. Choke him until he's unconscious if you have to, just get him. He will fetch a high price if he can't be damaged by weapons." Lord Zigan coldly responded as he glanced at the elven girls before continuing his conversation with several young male nobles.
With a loud bang the ceiling collapsed, rubble falling down and crushing the guard were he stood. Lord Zigan ended up with his legs pinned while the two elven girls beside him were entirely uninjured. Looking up Lord Zigan saw a little boy staring back down at him, however the fear in his heart jumped a thousand fold as he made eye contact with the little child.
"You are guilty, you shall suffer for all eternity." As Hunter spoke, a cold, detached, and echoey voice resonated through out the room as he looked up and scanned the crowd of shocked nobles. He could smell the fear coming off of everyone, especially the two elven slaves. Waving his hand to them he gently, yet coldly, said, "Fear no more. No one will hurt you with my brothers and I around."
Hunter than threw the knives impaling two elderly male nobles who didn't even see the flick of his wrists. With a tug and a spin, the knives came flying out and whipped around slicing and stabbing as if the wind itself controlled them.
Hunter targeted the weak spots, using side whip motions to slice peoples throats and wrist flick whips to send the knives impaling people in fatal points. As the shock wore off, the nobles began trying to flee, however Hunter only increased his speed and began to quickly move through the crowd. If people didn't face him head on and tried running away he would slice the back of their knees so that they were forced to crawl. A few nobles tried retaliating however before they could get within 5 feet of Hunter either their heads fell off or the wrists were slit.
From a soldiers perspective the way Hunter killed everyone seemed like a masterpiece. Everything was fluid, captivating, and effective; as for those who were on the receiving end of it, all they say was Hell embodied. The terror in their eyes as their lives were snuffed before they even realized it; the regret of choosing to come to this party evident on their faces, the anguish of not being able to fulfill what ever desire it was that brought them here. It all gushed out in their last dying breaths as they shrieked or coughed while tumbling to the ground.
At the end of it, the floor had become a sea of blood. Everyone except for Zigan and the elf girls were dead. Hunter took in a deep breathe and calmed himself as he turned and began walking towards the three. Upon reaching Zigan, Hunter jammed one of his knives into the back of his neck and blinked. After he blinked he could now see the Divinity. Everyone's Divinity looked the same, however Hunter was able to smell the difference. As he reached down and grabbed the Divinity it began to condense into a core.
Thanks to his sense of smell, Hunter was able to look at the Divine Core and see each person's Divinity as a different color. He looked at the two girls and saw that they both had similar Divinity colors to a couple of swirls in the Divine Core. He grabbed the swirls and they detached from the Divine Core. He then gently held them in his hand as he walked up and returned the Divinity to each girl. As the Divinity returned to them, both elves hunched over in pain, grabbing their stomachs and holding themselves.
"Are you two ok?" Hunter looked worriedly at them as his eyes returned to a light blue. As their breathing evened out and became calmer and more relaxed, Hunter caught there scents slightly changing. There scents were still the same yet it smelled fresher, younger even. He couldn't figure out what happened to them but since they seemed to be okay he didn't think to much about it. "Come on we have to get out of here, your friends are waiting for us." He grabbed each of their arms and helped them up from the ground; before walking out the door and down the hallway to where Spartacus and the other children where.
Quickly meeting up with the others, Spartacus cast CINDER before leading everyone out of the building up to the perimeter wall. Hunter raised his arm and aimed at the wall, striking quickly and powerfully, and creating a hole big enough for the littler children to run through so they needn't hop the wall. As they fled towards the town wall they could hear the town guards begin yelling as they rushed to put out the inferno that had appeared at the manor.
Arriving at the deserted wall, Spartacus quickly led them to the Eastern gate that was sealed. Hunter, grabbing the iron gate, began to lift it up just enough so people could crawl under. Ian, finally catching up to the group, slid under before he turned around and helped lift the gate some more; allowing Hunter and the remaining people to cross before he dropped the gate and Hunter took the lead as they ran into the woods.
Upon entering a clearing, Hunter stopped the group as he quickly began to focus, detecting the slightest scents and the quietest of heartbeats kilometers away. Finally he found them. Orion had chosen a spot behind a waterfall, allowing for great protection and a supply of fresh water. Hunter looked up at the bright midnight moon before turning to Spartacus. "It's a couple of kilometers away, so it'll take an hour to get there, maybe more. What's your call boss."
Turning and speaking to the entire group Spartacus stated, "We don't have time for rest. Once we meet up with the others you can all get proper sleep. However right now it isn't safe and since we have an hour before we are safe I have to ask all of you to push through. Once we are all safe I promise you, not only will you get proper rest and treatment, but we'll make sure you are also properly fed. So please push yourself tonight." He nodded towards Hunter to take the lead.
Hunter shook his head, pointed in the direction they needed to go, and then took off, running a head of the group to keep the route clear of any hostiles. Taking a little over an hour and a half, the party finally arrived at the bank of a gentle river flowing from a deep pool formed by a raging waterfall that was over 50 meters tall. On two thirds of the pond's sides were tall cliffs, giving a natural protection to the little clearing that sat beside the pond.
Hunter quickly lead the group to the waterfall were he stopped and studied the cliff face and how bushes were lined up against the cliff face. He turned and winked at the group before he walked in between the bushes that were set up behind the waterfall. As everyone followed they found a decently sized cave with Orion sitting watch while Sylvia and Quixi were fast asleep.
"Ok ladies, I want you all to find a spot to sleep at the back of the cave. Boys, you'll all be sleeping right around here. Don't worry about being attacked, I'll be taking over on the watch tonight so you all rest easy." Spartacus began directing and reassuring everyone so that they could all quickly get some much needed rest. Ian picked up Sylvia while Orion gently lifted Quixi before they moved them both to the back of the cave so they could sleep.
Hunter sat down next to Spartacus as Orion and Ian came back to join them.
"How many did we save?" Orion looked at the others.
"Including Sylvia and Quixi, we've saved 34 people. The only problem is taking care of them. Most of them aren't in healthy enough conditions to help gather resources, let alone strong enough to be able to fight. Hunter, tomorrow I want you to gather as much food as you can. Ian I want you to stand guard over this place so they all feel safer. Orion, can I leave you to gather the fire wood and then help take care of the sicker children? As for me I'll be using TRANSMUTE to create rooms in here so that we aren't all in one space. I'll also use it to create a latrine in the cliff face further over and set it up so the river carries the waste away. I'll also slant the ceiling so that when we have a fire going the smoke will billow out towards the waterfall instead of staying in here." Orion nodded towards Spartacus before he turned and looked, in contemplation, at all the sleeping children.
"Man it's only been our first day here and so much shits already gone down. You guys miss home? I miss my grandfather. He was always making jokes and just having a ball with life." Orion turned back looking at the others.
"I miss my game console. I was quite the advent gamer, and I enjoyed spending hours on that thing with my bros." Ian turned and looked at Spartacus.
"I miss my Yiayiá's cooking. She made really good Moussaka."
Seeing the others look at him, Hunter shook his head as he looked down. "I don't miss anything from Earth. Ya there was good food and good entertainment, but in the end there wasn't truly anything dear to me there."
"Hey, uh, don't mind me asking, but what happened back on Earth?" Spartacus, sensing a depressing air wafting off of Hunter, gently put his hand reassuredly on Hunter's shoulder, trying to calm the sadness that seemed to emanate from him.
"I didn't really have a strong connection with my family and I didn't have too many friends growing up. When I did find people who I thought where my friends they ended up killing me just for some stupid satonic cult shit." Hunter responded tersely as his fists clenched in anger.
"Well you know what, you don't need to worry about us betraying you cause we're all brothers now. What do you guys think?" Spartacus smiled, looking at the other two while he wrapped his arm around Hunter in a "guiding" hug. Ian and Orion both nodded before creating a group hug on Hunter.
"Okay, okay. Jeez you guys don't need to be so clingy. I'm heading to bed now, and thanks... Brothers." Hunter smiled as he went and found a spot to sleep in the cave.

Guiding hug- the kind that close friends do when they meet and walk off in a direction together. You see them in a lot of Manga but I don't really know what the real name it is. Bro hug?
