"Oh, then I guess she must have seriously thought about her crimes over the days before her punishment," Saphira replied.
Willow nodded her head, "Well, I'll go ahead and train now then."
"Go on."
Saphira took a deep breath before walking to the side and sitting down.
Since she already announced the challenge, she can only prepare properly.
Though she is wishing that the person to come first would be the person she wanted to meet as of the moment.
She would surely be battered if she is to face the other three before facing that person.
Around sunset, the first to approach her was Hedley Camden.
He walked over to her while laughing, "I never would have imagined that you would dare to challenge us four. Are you short in time?"
Saphira stood up and smiled, "I guess you could say that, sir."
"Oh so I am right. So is it true that you are planning on leaving?" he asked preparing his sword.
"Have the Emperor told you about it?" she asked.
It was not a secret so she wasn't bothered by him knowig of it.
"No, but the four of us were aware that your order had been touring the Empire for the past days just to eradicate the demonic beasts. Or simply lessen it."
"The general is right, we are indeed planning on leaving. We have already done our part in this place. It is time to go rampant somewhere else."
Hedley laughed, "But I see that you were actually holding back in our every bout in the past."
"I should be saying the same towards you sir," she answered.
The two grinned before dashing forward to begin their battle.
As the instensity of their attacks increased, the surrounding watchers also increased.
It is a no joke to actually challenge one of the big four, what more with their magical ability included.
They couldn't help but to be in awe once again with how strong Saphira was.
Those with little prejudice in her started forgetting about it.
After all, she had shown so much accomplishments that it had already closed the gap between her and her sister.
Not even once did she try to protect herself from their harsh words but instead she chose to let them be.
Let them be and prove herself through her own work.
She chose to only get mad when it was those under her who are involved.
And there was also a rumor, one of the knights who had angered the crown prince was found to be living happily in Vermin Kingdom, the kingdom where Fiamma clan once reigned.
That he had been saved by the crown princess from the sword of the crown prince.
Most didn't believe it but those who are starting to see her differently could somehow believe it after seeing how she had protected Willow from Esther and the rest of the knights.
Choosing to be the villain just so they would be able to see clearly which side was wrong.
The battle caused quite a damage and in the end, it was but a tie.
"Why do I feel frustrated?" Hedley asked her as he returned his sword to its sheath,
"Because I am younger than you are?" she asked back with a teasing look.
He looked at her, walked over and flicked a finger on her forehead. He bent over and whispered in her ear.
"Because I can feel that you are still holding back when I am almost using my everything."
Saphira laughed, "Please don't give me too much credit. I am at my limit in here."
Hedley raised an eyebrow before shaking his head.
He turned to leave, "I think Kyne would be coming for you tomorrow. Better rest early now."
Saphira sighed, 'Well there is nothing I can do about this now is there? I really am unlucky in so many ways.'
Just as she finished, on the underground training area, Hunter had just taken a deep breath.
The surrounding was as messy as the training ground where Saphira and Hedley had a battle.
"Just as I thought, once you focus you are even more stronger than her," Reginald complimented.
"Still it is lacking," Hunter grumbled.
He was out of breath but Reginald was barely sweating.
"Don't worry with the way you are, I think you would be able to be on par with me within the time you have left," Reginald replied.
It was one sided on the first three days, then Hunter was able to react on the next four days.
The next days, he was already lasting longer.
And even though the rest of the population knew that the order of the seven myths were in an extermination mission, Hunter was not actually included.
Saphira noticed the changes in him and tasked him to stay and continue what he was doing instead of joining them.
That is why it was only the other six who were out there exterminating the demonic beasts.
Not together, Saphira tasked them to go on different ways but not to over estimate themselves.
If they can't battle then they should run before recomposing themselves.
A training of them understanding their own limits.
Reginald was proud seeing this fast pace improvement his son had.
He really was held back by his duties after all.
Even while in the academy, Hunter was still doing his duty as much as he can.
'Seriously you pair will surely be among the best with how gifted you are.'
