Riya closed the kitchen door that led to the backyard of the mansion, making sure that no one saw her leave.
After the news of Maria getting kidnapped reached the servants, they had gone into panic. They loved her too much, the head servant even fainted.
Quickly dialling a number, she waited for a few minutes anxiously tapping her foot on the ground.
Soon a smooth voice came from the line.
" What is it? " Nancy spoke after settling down in a comfortable position on the couch.
" I have really important news for you. You will be really surprised. " Riya glanced back at the mansion before continuing.
" Maria Parker got kidnapped. "
" What? Are you serious? " Nancy spoke quite shocked.
" Yes. " Riya said excitedly.
" That's terrible. I can't even think how Jay must be feeling. " Nancy sat up straight.
