Samuel sprayed perfume on his collar and adjusted the sling around his neck.
" I should get it removed too. " He mumbled and checked himself one last time in the mirror before leaving the room.
As soon as he close the door, Maria left her room too, clad in a knee length black pencil skirt and white button up shirt. Her hair was put in curls on her shoulders.
Samuel stood there in a trance as she turned around and smiled at him.
He shook his head, ' You are going to stay away from her, Samuel. '
" Morning Samuel. " Maria greeted him. He simply nodded and walked past her.
She stood there confused.
" Did I make him angry? Was my face ugly when I cried? " She looked here and there before leaving.

Samuel sat in his car and bumped his head on the steering wheel.
After the talk he had with himself last night, he had become more cautious of Maria's presence. The acknowledgement of his feelings towards her, made a permanent resident on his chest.
