Ciara tossed and turned in her bed. She couldn't bring herself to sleep. As much as she tried, she just couldn't. Her dream was blank and void. Her dream was without color or hope. Her dream was without form or purpose. She tried even harder to fall into a peaceful sleep. But she just couldn't. She was deprived of her sleep.
She finally gave up and sat up on her bed. Her room wasn't as vast as Alexia's room but it was just enough for her. The interior was painted a nude color while wallpapers were placed on one side, the wall opposite her bed. It was the same wall that housed her dresser and all of her ornaments.
She stood up and walked to the side of her bed. She switched on the light in other to illuminate the room, since she wasn't sleeping anymore. She saw what she was looking for. It was a bottle of water and a glass cup. She poured herself some water and enjoyed the feel of the cold liquid as it went down her throat.
