I woke up.
That's it.
I heard sniffing just beside me, only for me to realize who it was.
'Mom...'
She was crying as she caressed my face, tears were flowing while she was trying to be silent, "I'm so sorry, Musa-chan... I'm so sorry..."
With that, she went outside my room. I opened my eyes, just staring at the ceiling, 'What the hell am I even supposed to do?' I grit my teeth as I still remembered what happened when my father took the blow for me.
I sighed and got up a few minutes later, getting out of my room after taking a bath and changing my clothes. I could see my mother laying on the sofa, softly asleep, 'It seems that she hasn't been able to sleep again...'
I went and took a blanket from her room and covered her with it. I then went to the kitchen to see if there was anything she cooked, to see a simple omelet being covered by glass. I sighed and ate some of it, leaving the rest for my mother in case she gets hungry. I washed my plate after finishing eating, then immediately went to the training ground of the compound and saw Itachi just hitting every kunai at the center of the marked target dummies.
'Stop,' I thought as everything around me listened to my command, 'wait a minute...'
'If I can stop, then can I slow and hasten time?' I thought for a minute before resuming the time again.
'Slow...' Voila, it worked.
'Haste... Fast... Forward... Fast forward... Fast travel? Damn...' I sighed as it didn't work.
'So I can only stop and slow down time... that's pretty badass,' I thought as I made the time to normal.
"Oii, aren't you too young to hold kunais like that?" I grabbed the dead-faced bastard's attention as he didn't bother looking my way.
"You're one to talk," Itachi replied as he shot the last kunai to the last target, then finally looked my way, "Spar?"
I grinned as I just took a kunai from my holster as a sign, "Come 'er little bitch..."
Itachi's eyes twitched as he dashes towards me, aiming for a round kick on the head, to which I ducked. Predicting my actions, he rotated his body horizontally and aimed to slash me with his weapon.
Itachi didn't even get the chance to fully rotate his body as I yanked the back of his shirt's collar, making him widen his eyes, not expecting what I did. This made me smirk and pulled his collar down, I then grappled his neck with my legs swiftly and rotated my body to make him face the ground. "Eat the ground, bitch!"
"Hn!" Itachi grunted as pulled back very fast and disappeared, "Is provoking all you can do?"
'Shunshin?' I thought as I felt him just behind me, trying to slash me again, making me sigh, "You can't keep slashing enemies like that, you little bitch!"
I shunshined just a meter away and jumped towards him, making his eyes widen as the typical shunshin should be long distance. I aimed to punch his ribs as it was wide open, only for him to block it, Sharingan activated.
"Hoho... no more warm-ups eh?" I grinned as I activated mine too.
Itachi and I went through many handseals and breathed as much as we could, "Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!"
Itachi was fast with his handseals but I required less as I had a very good chakra control, so when our flames collided, Itachi's was pushed back by a little, shocking the guy a little. He jumped back and fired lots of handseals again, "Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!"
I grinned as I just held a single handseal, "Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu!"
I aimed at his Jutsu, making ours collide again as steam washed all over the area, 'Ninja Art: Hidden Mist Jutsu...'
I held a handseal as the steam turned into a heavy set of mist, 'Heh!'
'Stop... wait, no... slow...' I sighed as I made up my mind. I then felt the world slow down, making me smirk. Walking towards where I sense Itachi, I just went behind him and locked my kunai on his neck and proceeded to continue the time normally, 'Play...'
"Wha-" Itachi widened his eyes as he couldn't do anything, he didn't even know what happened as everything went too fast, "Tch..."
"How was that, bitch?" I grinned as he had an annoyed expression on his face, "I wish you could see yourself right now to find out how funny you look..."
We finally finished as I removed the mist around us to find a bunch of people looking at us, there was uncle Fugaku too.
"How?"
"Hm?" I looked at Itachi who had a look of confusion, "Ah, it happened too fast for you? Tsk tsk, don't be a little bitch and learn faster..."
"Can you stop calling me tha-" "No..."
"Anyways, when our Jutsus collided, I quickly made the hidden mist Jutsu to render your Sharingan a little useless for a second and then shunshined behind you." I said as Itachi had a look of realization and nodded, 'I bet he's trying to find ways to counter that kind of situation right now... this guy...' I sighed.
No one questioned the jutsus I used since there are many in the 'Main Uchiha family library' and the main house usually just learn fire jutsus, which is dumb, to be honest... 'It's a must to learn techniques that counter one another... did I make sense? Fuck, I gotta stop talking to myself...'
Uncle Fugaku finally walked near us, while the rest of the Uchihas went back to their business, "So, who won?"
"..."
Itachi dejectedly looked away, making the clan leader sigh.
"Itachi, don't be too hard on yourself... being defeated in a spar is pretty normal," He said as he patted Itachi's head, "Let's go home, your mom's raging when she saw her food not being touched..."
I cringed as uncle Fugaku is just really trying to look cool in front of other people, if it were just the both of them, he'd make Itachi train even harder. I just internally shook my head.
With that, they left after Itachi nodded towards me, and uncle Fugaku smiled. I then went home afterward, opening the door to see my mother still sleeping.
I smiled as I sense the small chakra inside her womb slowly strengthening, 'I'm finally gonna be a big brother... how exciting!'
I closed the door and went to my room, taking a cold shower immediately.
After that, I stopped time and took out the forbidden scroll.
'Now what can I learn... hehehehe...'
