I took care of Althaia once Iris had left the room. While I caressed the young girl I thought more about Iris current situation.
I had no clue what her celestial skill really was, but it was something way scarier than I had ever seen before. Even I hadn't been able to tap into my own celestial skill, so is it really all the work of the demon form? Or are there other factors in play? The only one I knew personally who possessed one was Mr. Black, most of the others were highly influential people or killed. And he couldn't really be taken as a benchmark, as his own situation was rather unique. A not publically known fact however was that both celestial races often took care of hybrids who could use their celestial skill to their fullest on the spot. They didn't wish to see how much a hybrid could grow for some reason.
But why were they so scared?
