I travelled all day long together with Lind, the lizard, and we only really paused once night-time arrived. Because we didn't follow the normal route of the built road from city to city, we travelled through many forest and other regions inhibited by monsters. Most of them however had keen senses and avoided us with their best efforts. Some stray monsters still attacked us but they were swiftly dealt with and ended up as an afternoon snack for both Lind and me.
Although Lind ate them right away and raw, while I kept the meat for the evening to cook it on a bonfire. I hadn't really planed for food, but unlike a certain someone, I could live by without eating for a day or two. Of course just like back at the dungeon, the monster meat couldn't be compared to the dorm food but still better than going on an empty stomach for too long.
