- Informal investigation team Boss, Recruit, and Subordinate. -
Returning to the crime scene Recruit was able to see both his Boss and Subordinate in some kind of contemplation. He returned and started examining the girl body a little more deeply, he found a cellphone and a wallet containing some money, her id, and other miscellaneous things.
Recruit is kind of concerned about something since his Boss has seen and deduced the wound is from a bite, he is been acting somehow out of character and strange, if Recruit could have to describe it would be that boss is way more intense now.
"... Boss, I would like to add that this situation is kinda fishy here..."(Recruit).
"How so?"(Boss).
"Well, this looks suspiciously like some kind of torture room. Ther is literally rope and some strange tools here... so my guess is that either the person strapped to this chair snaped and committed a massacre or someone from outside came for help..."(Recruit).
"Well, you would be right, but there were no signals outside of someone trying to enter the building, and any cultivator that si this messy won't care for subtle things like lockpicking doors, etc, so the strapped guy was the one who probably did this."(Boss).
"So why are you so fixed on this... I agree that whatever did a massacre like this shouldn't be walking free int he normal society, but these guys had military-grade weaponry here, so they couldn't be good guys either, and as much as I would like to see the guy that did this massacre locked your intensity worries me a bit boss..."(Recruit).
"You wouldn't understand, you..."(Subordinate).
"No... If he wants to continue this investigation it is better for him to know."(Boss).
"If you say so, Boss."(Subordinate).
"It was the summer of 1994, I was a ripe young man in my twenties back there, I had just recently joined the Alliance much like you Recruit."(Boss).

"So just two months after we ignored that bunch of cases, we stumbled on something strange. I half-eaten body."(Boss).
"That normally wouldn't arrant any persecution fo the Murim alliance, cannibal or not, if it isn't linked to the Murim world we normally don't involve ourself with. So then, of course, the alliance ordered an investigation and search on the cannibal, we went searching for the guy but it appears that he was laying low a bit, or he simply didn't let vestiges anymore. So we went researching different types of cannibalism in hopes of finding some clues. We found it..."(Boss).
"The info I am about to tell you is something that can easily danger your life Recruit, so be sure to be prepared to receive this burden, so you really want me to continue?"(Boss).
"Boss I've already made up my mind. Please continue."(Recruit).
"Ok. You know a bit about the [Black Heaven and Earth Technique] right?"(Boss).
"Isn't that the technique of the Goomoonryong? I just overheard some people talking about "he being part of a school with a close name, but I didn't know they had a cultivation technique."(Recruit).

No one has dominated the [Black Origin Treshold] so all of its users when reach said state enter some kind of animalistic frenzy committing untold massacres so the nickname [Demon King] the enemy of all life."(Boss).
"But shouldn't it be right we blame this on the Goomoonryong, by what you said he is the only one with said technique."(Recruit).
"Normally I would agree with you. But there is something that doesn't add up, the frenzy appears to really start only after the aggressor has bitten the neck of the woman. Second is the sunburns on the skin of some of the victims, this doesn't add up with the [Demon King], none of the Black Heaven and Earth school techniques can cause any of this. So that is why I think is linked to my old case..."(boss).

Every organization is in possession of one of those techniques, they work like some type of atomic bombs. A deterrent if you will. So no one attacks the other because of those techniques, [Black Heaven and Earth Technique] is the Korean one."(Boss).
"Wait, aren't we kind in war again the Goomoonryong the only alive sure of the [Black Heaven and Earth Technique], shouldn't it be extremely bad for us?"(Recruit).

The [Black Origin Treshold] being the strongest is also the most difficult of control in this state, no one that I know off has done it."(Boss).
"So we searched and searched, and finally found a technique that fits in the cannibalism case we were researching. Its name is [Crimson Flesh And Diamond Technique]."(Boss).
