A burst of strength, rush inside me. From my chest a warmth started to spread, going for stomach then limbs to limbs. then i can feel it now....the pain came back reminding me that im still living.

A few seconds later i was Jolted Awake. I was leaning on my back in a wall, I can see that i was dragged here by someone.
My body felt weak and aching all over, but with the warmth coming from my wouds i can feel it was also rapidly healing on its own.
*Roooooar*

The monster was still rampaging outside, it keeps on scratching the entrance of the subway. but it doesn't look like it can come inside....for now.
I noticed that my rigth eyes was covered by something. so i raised my arm then i saw that it was bandaged using my torned white tshirt. but to my surprise my rigth arm was bandaged with some red cloth that....
I tried to touched my rigth eyes, only to feel a burning pain making me flinch. Thats not a great idea. I felt something heavy on my stomach, when look down i saw chest was also bandaged l, and Jacqueline laying on my stomach unconscious.
Now i know where the red clothes are taken from, because her short dress was torn down from the legs up to her abdomen. I put my hand in her fair neck, and i found out that she was still alive.
I have a lot of question now, that they are before in my head, im i really her husband?, who is she really?, who's the voice in my head, and what will happen to me from now on.
Everything that happened to me today has wrecked all the sense out of me, and now the only thing i can do is wait for this girl to wake up...
its been little quite here? its looks like the monster stopped trying to get-

The ceiling suddenly collapsed, dust and debris covered the subway. as a red flaming eyes started to focus on me. as the dust settles, it revealed the monstrosity that was planning to take my life.
Strangely, I should be running by now, but why do i feel excitement, Joy, and fury, all at the same time.the fear of death suddenly felt so distant from me.
I slowly stand up, a smile suddenly formed in my lips. and a spear made of pure Ligth materialized in hands. My mind was as calm as the ocean, but my emotions.... they're raging like fire!
When i was a child i was always scared of monsters, when my grandfather was still alive, he would often told me stories about the creatures beyond the human understanding.
But after I grew up, I thought all of that was just stories, and what do you know, i was now facing off with one.
I don't know if this is bravery or stupidity. But today I'm about to find out.

Spear at hand i lead towards the monster. raising my spear on the ready. The snake head sent a quick bite attack towards me but i easily redirect its attack with a Ligth shield that suddenly materialized in the arm.
I can't explain how natural that movement i just made was, its felt like it was already integrated on mind to do such moves.
After that i countered by thrusting my spear to the lions head. which was stopped by a fireball that was came from the goats heads mouth.
*boom*
I use my shield to block the fireball and was repelled backwards. the monster seems to be surprised by my actions and began to slowly walking in circles around me. it looks like it finally finally considered me as a threat and not just a prey.
Having three heads, this monster almost hasn't a blind spot, so the only way to land a hit on this monster is doing a multiple attack at once. the space of the subway is too narrow for it, reducing its mobility in a dramatic degree. so if i can time my attack rigth i migth be able to do it.
Throwing spear towards the monster to make it dodge it, i lounge to where the monster was going. a sword materialized in my hand.
I was about to brandish it but i underestimated the speed of the snake head. i could not block in time and it manage to sink its fangs to my rigth arm.
But an opportunity ensued with my left arm the shield became an axe and i use it to cut the snakes head off.
*Rooooar*
The monster screeched in pain as a fireball was thrown to my direction, With a sudden shape shifts the axe turned to shield and successfully blocking the fireball that was thrown from me making me flew away a few meters away.
My rigth arm is now numb and paralyzed. But i manage to disabled the one of the monsters defences.
The pain only fuels my desire to kill this monster. so without wasting time pondering i launched another suicidal attack.
Goat head fired a few fireball towards me but i easily dodged it, with a spear i manage to land a clean Stab to the monsters body, before dodging its claw attacks, but i was force to use my shield to block the fireballs that repelled me once again.
The goats head was a major obstacles for me. so i tried a very risky move. i leaped above the monsters, axe in my left hand
the goat head spit another fireball towards mr but because im on mid fligth i could not dodge it, i felt a burning pain, the fire ball had grazed in my rigth shoulder missing me by a few inches.
Thanks to that i was not blown away. Reaching the goats head i unleashed a downward strike directly to its head with my axe.
*craaack*
A glorious sound of bones breaking struck me, as the beast blood and brain matter splatters towards me. the putrid smell stimulates the excitement in me, on a disturbing manner.
*Roooar*
The lions head growled as the goat head limped and never moved again, maybe sensing it about to die, the monster flapped its wings trying to make me fall.
Grabbing on to the goats head, i only felt more and more joy and ecstasy, seeing the beast that tried to kill me trying to escape like a little rat.
My rigth hand has somehow recovered from the paralyzing effect of the snakes head venum. i used it to firm my grip in the neck of the goat head.
The monster then jump to the whole in the subway roof and in to the sky, trying to shake me off.
We are already very high on the sky at this rate if it goes even higher i migth actually die, so using the goats head as a swing, I managed to land on the monsters back, materialing An Axe made of shadow i chopped on of its wings off.
*Rooooooar*
The monster let out a roar, as we both falls to the ground,

The Dust and debris covered the road of Steel dawn city, as a huge crater was formed on the ground, and on the middle of the crater was a huge blood body of the monster.
Thanks to monster body i used as a shock an absorber, i manage somehow to land on the ground without dying, but my think my rigth hands has broken a bone.
The monster was still breathing, but it looks like it could not walk anymore, and now it could only stare at me with its fiendish eyes.
I felt myself smilling as the sword on my hand disappeared, i walk with short stride toward the monster and gave it one last look before i started stomping on its lion head while a sadistic smile was pastered on my face. if someone saw me, they migth though im a maniac .

Covered in blood and brain matter, the sudden string of system alert woke me from my trance like state, and saw the most horroble thing, that i never have thought i was capable of doing. what the hell is wrong with me?!
