"Why are you looking at me Juni, I'm so hungry." She said, in a voice that sounded like she was crying.
"You haven't given me any money yet."
Searching her pockets, she noticed she didn't have it on her before leaving for the hospital.
"Oh shit. I totally forgot my wallet at home."
She turned her face to meet Juni still looking at her, waiting for her to hand him the money. "Hey, could you—"
"No problem Edna, I got you covered. I'll pay for the lunch."
"I just wanted to let you know that I'll pay you back tomorrow morning or I could wire you the money on my—"
"I know, I know. That's what I'm saying here too; you don't have to pay me back a dime. This way, I can even get myself something too and we can eat together."
"That sounds nice Juni. I'll wait for you in my office."
