"Denis," Faye called weakly.
"Yes? What's up?"
Faye's body was limp, showing the 'hot' news to him as the answer.
Denis read it, and he was just as in shock as she was. He read the news to the end, and found that there was no clear evidence yet, "This is just cheap news, Fay."
Faye remains uneasy. She was sure there was someone who hated her and decided to spread this news.
"Fay, you don't need to worry," Denis says softly, "they're just making gossip, there's no strong evidence. We'd better be acting normal."
Faye still doesn't respond. Her brain was still thinking wildly about how this kind of thing could have happened in the first place.
'I never discuss our marriage matters in public.'
Faye once said that when she was in her office, her office was separate, far from Olivia's office and other employees.
'There can be one of them spreading this.'
Faye leaned on her chin, deep in thought.
