STORY
Tired of her husband's mistreatment and that he rapes her every night, she decides to mutilate him and leaves his penis four hours from home; after that, she returns and kills her husband with machetes.
Lucia, tired of continuing to suffer from domestic abuse, decides to turn herself in to the police and tells them everything that happened.
"She had been married for six years, to Miguel Bejarano. At first, we got along well and there was no problem between us; until, things changed in the next two years of marriage.
I remember that one day I forgot to iron his clothes and he took his clothes and started hanging me with it. Out of desperation, I started to struggle with him and one thing led to another and he ended up in the hospital.
I thought I had killed him and I was scared about it. I know what I did back then is a crime, but I had to defend myself. Fortunately, he did not die and they kept him in the hospital for a month; until everything is under control and out of harm's way

But the last year, everything got out of control, because he decided to increase the stakes of the beatings, mistreatments, humiliations and rapes, against me and he did it to a point where, he denigrated me as a woman and as a human being.
I no longer knew what was correct and what was incorrect, I simply defended myself as best I could and endured, what I had to endure; until, I said "Never again" and I mutilated the member, I took the member and left it four hours from the house, if it is not more than those hours and then I returned and dismembered it to death "
After hearing that terrifying story, the police did not know what to do, what to say and how to act. They had to analyze the situation well and consult with the judges and the jurors and they all came to a simple conclusion: that Lucía is innocent of all charges, that she acted in self-defense and, finally, should receive psychological help.
