Summer Continent is a continent underwater.
Hundred of years ago, when the world started to lose its energy, the lands undergone drastic changes and the movements of earth made the whole continent sunk and the Winter, Spring, and Autumn Continents raised and formed big mountains while the Central Continent experienced the same thing as the Summer Continent though the center most part of the continent was still a solid land.
It was also known for the vast number of voyagers, but as many as normal voyagers could there be, pirates were also as many as them.
They cause mischief all around the continent that the government decided to form the group who would suppress the pirates and they are the Navy.
3SOME, the name of the navy in charge of subduing the pirates that causes troubles. It stands for 3rd Summer Operating Marine Enforcers.
