Riverside City, a city that spans around 100 sq. kilometer and once a big busty city became quiet and desolate with only the people and students of the Divine Prophecy Academy who wished to participate in war remains.
The only famiglia which is complete in members is the Sky Chasers Famiglia, where the other famiglias only leave their Combat Division and the rest evacuated with the civilians.
Most of the students who participated voluntarily remained are unaffiliated. In fact, more than 50% of the remaining people are unaffiliated with any Teams or Famiglia.
