"Oh, my goodness!" Liling uttered as she saw me walking towards her. "I'm not seeing an illusion, am I?" She asked.
"Am I that elusive?" I chuckled as I asked.
"...You are. After all, you never came back after leaving this place before. So, yes. You are elusive." She replied.
"Oh, is that so?" I laughed nervously.
It wasn't my decision to stay away from this base. I mean, I never made any plans like that. It's just that, things happened to be that way due to certain circumstances and now that has made me into an elusive figure or something.
"So… Where are the others? Will they still remember me or what?" I asked.
"Ah, they'll be coming pretty soon enough. Also, even if they forget you or something, they won't forget the beating that you gave back then." Liling chuckled.
"I see… That's nice, I guess." I didn't want them to remember me from the beating, but that is the only way it would happen.
