How much of a truth should be revealed to balance all the perspectives ? This was the very thing , Enilese was thinking about hearing Shawn's question . She couldn't reveal the entire truth , the entire truth would definitely reveal her identity and that identity won't be something welcoming for Shawn . But she knew very well that revealing the half truth won't do any harm .
Shawn asked again , " Enilese , answer me , where did you get these marks ? Who did this to you ? "
" Isn't it very simple ? I was attacked by a creature . " , she said looking down .
" Where was this happened ? " , there was a subtle touch of anger in his voice .
" Near the S street . "
" When ? "
" Four days ago , around noon . As you know , the street is very deserted . So ..."
" Why didn't you tell me all these things ? Even when I asked you how you got the fever you avoided the topic . How much more are you hiding from me ? "
She had to hide a few things because of her ethics but she didn't understand what he meant by hiding . So she asked , " Huh ? What hiding ? "
Shawn said , " Forget it . Now tell me , how did you get out of the situation ? "
" An angel saved me . "
" An Angel ? "
" Hmm . "
" And how did you know that the person was an angel ? "
" He used some kind of power . "
" I see . You saw an angel , aren't you proud of that ? " , Enilese couldn't read any emotion in his question .
She replied , " Honestly speaking , I don't feel proud but I do feel grateful to him . If he hadn't saved me that day I couldn't have been sitting in front you like this . "
" Okay , okay , I get it ..... I couldn't stay by your side when you needed me . Now , let me make it up to you as much as possible . Let's go . " , saying that Shawn stood up , pulling Enilese up . He started walking , gently dragging Enilese with him .
" Make it up ? What do you mean ? And where are you taking me ? " , slowly her voice fades into the distance .

' Darling ! ! ! You will be free today . Are you happy ??? ' ... familiar voice .... familiar tone .... but it was fading away slowly ...
Melvine suddenly got up from her slumber , panting heavily . She tried to adjust herself with the surrounding . Some moments later , her friend entered the room .
" Melvine , ah , finally you are awake !! I was so worried about you . " , she said , " Are you okay now ? "
Melvine asked , " What happened to me ? "
" Umm about that , I was waiting for you to tell me . " , her friend said scratching her head . "
" How did I come here ? "
" Well you came here yourself . " , Melvine stared at her confusedly . She continued , " Last night I heard the sound of the doorbell . I was surprised a bit because we don't really have any visitors here and you also have the key . As I opened the door I saw you on the ground , unconscious . "
Melvine looked down .
" Don't you remember anything ? " , her friend asked .
Melvine tried to recall the last memories of her conscious mind . And after a few moments everything started coming back to her mind .... Ryan ....his chilling touch ....the immeasurable pain .....the water streams ....then ....only darkness .
She gasped as she remembered those things .
Her friend was saying a lot of things , " Melvine , I don't understand one thing , was it you who rang the doorbell ? But you did have the key . And also , if it was you did you lose your consciousness after pressing the doorbell ? Were you sick ?...." , she stopped speaking , seeing Melvine's reaction , then she asked again , " What happened ? Do you remember now ? "
" Ryan ...."
Her friend didn't even let her continue , she started , " Oh , so it was him !! You were with him ?! I'm sure , he must've done something to you . I have been telling you from the very first day that there is something mysterious about him . I know , I haven't seen him ever but as far as I have heard from you , I have found him very suspicious . You saw him near the Willow forest at night and that too in a completely black outfit . Didn't I warn you that people have reported of seeing some mysterious black hooded figures around the Willow forest ! I told you that he must be one of those . " , she stopped for a moment to catch her breath and then again continued , " First time you were lucky but you fell in his hands again . Remember , you've been saying for the last few days that you're feeling weak and tired without any proper reason , I think , that also had something to do with him . "
" We don't need to think about all these things anymore , he has set me free yesterday . " , she said with an unrecognisable emotion .
" Really ?!! And in return what did he ask for ? "
" Nothing . "
" Did he do .... ? "
" He didn't . " , Melvine cut her off .
" If you say so . But still , he is suspicious to me . Now that you're free from him , make sure never to cross path with him again . Anyway , let me bring you something to eat . " , with that her friend left the room .
Melvine wasn't dumb . She knew very well that whatever her friend said was not irrational . She herself always had some suspicions about Ryan . But ..... no more suspicions . It's clear now ..... Ryan is one of those whom common people like her should avoid at all cost .
She sighed as she felt relieved that she is now free from him .

A small but cosy cafe .
Enilese and Shawn were sitting near a window . There were some other people in the cafe , some of them were couple like them . The view was very pleasant , both of inside and outside . At one side they were enjoying the warm and welcoming interior of the cafe and on the other hand they could see the slowly approaching sunset , the street lights lighting up one by one , falling leaves , and above everything the marmalade hue ..... through the glass window the very natural things were looking unnaturally beautiful .
" Eat more , you have become very skinny . " , Shawn's voice bring Enilese back to her senses who was lost in the beauty of sunset .
Shawn has ordered strawberry muffins , chocolate pastries , and milkshake for her . All of these were Enilese's top favourite desserts .
" Shawn , you remembered that these are my favorites ? "
" Of course I remember . "
" Thank you . " , Enilese was touched . She has always considered Shawn as a cold person who doesn't pay much attention to others but Shawn was proving her every assumptions wrong .
She realised that the man , in front of her , has many layers . And it would take a lot of time to go through every layer of him .
" No need to say thank you . I should've accompanied you when you were at such a dangerous place . I'm really sorry for my irresponsibility . "
" It was not your fault , Shawn . Please , don't say sorry . " , she said and thought to herself , ' If this hadn't happened how could I see your caring side ? Today once again , I feel that everything happens for a good reason . '
