"What...?" Zoe yelled.
"What happened?" Neil asked.
There were commotion in the class and questions filled the air that one can no longer hear the questions but the yelling noise of the class.
Lyn signaled everyone to calm and settle down for she wasn't finished, everyone finally settled down so that Lyn could address the class.
"Where's Freda?" Zoe asked with concern.
"She was the one who informed me." Lyn lowered her head. "She said she couldn't track her even when she used her hounds ability."
"I see." Zoe spoke calmly.
Neil looked at Zoe as her once bright smiling face has gone dull with rage that Neil could tell that she's about to go rogue.
"Zoe....." Neil telepaths. "Don't worry... We would find her."
The class went silent like there was a burial ceremony going on, Sandy looked at Neil and saw he was deep in thought on what should be done to find Chiyo.
"Lyn..." Sandy began. "Where's Freda now."
"She never told me.." Lyn replied slowly.
"I see.." Sandy began to rub his chin and stood up from his seat. "Chiyo being kidnapped... And Freda couldn't track her.... Don't you think they are concealing her scent so Freda could not track it."
"Indeed Sandy.... But how did they know of Freda's gift." Zoe added. "She barely uses all of them."
Silence.
"Don't you guys think the person behind this is someone who knows what Freda can do?" Jade added.
"Besides you can't understand a homo sapiens demeanor without the eminent." Ned adjust his glass.
"Dude..." Clint taps him on the shoulder. "Not the time for grammars.... Keep it simple."
"What am trying to say is the person already knows her ID." Ned looks at Zoe. "Any clue?"
"Well no one knows of her ability." She paused for few seconds. "Except."
Everyone turns towards Zoe's position to hear what she has to say. Her eyes suddenly went wide as if she's been struck by lightning and that look gave everyone an awkward feeling, her auras suddenly began to change as red mist began to evaporate off her body like Chiyo's but this one was quite different from Chiyo's which summons demon but hers had a skeletal form and the aura was terrifying.
"It's them.... But why now?" Zoe murmured. "Why would they return here now?"
The more she murmured, the more terrifying her auras became.
"Go to her Neil." Sandy gestured Neil towards Zoe.
"Why me?" Neil asked.
"Cause she will listen to you if you talk to her you know." Sandy replied. "Just believe in yourself mate."
"Ugh.... Why am I being pulled up in this?" Neil grunts.
"Well.... You're good with words better than anyone i've known." Sandy pushed Neil.
Neil walked towards Zoe whose auras kept increasing and her face became even deadlier that made Neil swallowed hard but... there was no saliva in his mouth... anymore.
"Umm.. Zoe." Neil telepaths.
"Neil.... It's them.." Zoe looked at Neil.
"Who's them?" Neil telepaths. "You know... We can't find her if you lose your cool too.... If Freda was doing this right now.. What would you tell her?"
She suddenly shut down her auras and became calm again as if something soft has touched her, everyone sighed heavily for they were in panic... Though Delia remained stationary and didn't even budge from where she was. Zoe moved shakily into Neil's open arms as she wept bitterly in his arm all the while she squeezed Neils shirt.
"Its okay.." Neil whispered. "It's alright."

"So that's why she lost control." Sandy asked.
"Yeah..." Neil answered.
Neil looked at Zoe as she sat alone in a corner of the class as the girls tries to console her, Neil thought for a while before turning towards Rory who was a bit far from him... Then the idea stroke him.
"Rory...." Neil called out.
Rory turns and looked at Neil and.... At once he understood what his staring at him meant, he was about to refuse attempting it again when.....
"It's our only choice." Neil telepaths.
"But...." Rory contemplates.
"You're the only sensory gifted we have in this class." Neil assured him. "I won't let anything happen to you."
Rory closed his eyes in deep sigh before opening his eyes again then nodded in approval.
"Well... What's cooking between you two?" Sandy peered his face at Neil.
"If they are able to block Freda's sense of smell..." Neil looked at Zoe. "Why not try use psychic means."
"You mean?" Sandy's eyes went wide.
"Yes." Neil looked at him. "But it's gonna be between us... The boys.. It's time to behave like men again."
"Haven't we done that before?" Jayden asked.
Neil smiled as Rory approached him and sat in front of him while the other boys decided to do other things to distract the girls attention from them... While Rory began to meditate; Neil unlocked his eyes and assisted Rory by blocking the noise in his head. Rory's sensory went wide that he could see the entire region around school and scanned the entire city in search of Chiyo, every landscape in the entire city wasn't left untouched
"Can we go even further?" Neil asked.
"But the city is my limits... I can't go beyond that." Rory scarily replied. "It's even with your help that I could get that far.."
"Then I will lend you more of my strength." Neil smiled. "I will push my limits for you."
"Don't." Rory resists.
But it was too late for Neil had pushed through the landscape beyond their insights and Rory began to trace Chiyo's energy...
"I can sense her." Rory thought.
"keep going." Neil pants.
As soon as Rory found Chiyo's auras and the building she's in..... He lost sights because it all went blank, he opened his eyes to see that Neil had fallen to the ground holding his neck and quavering vigorously that it was hard to know where his body is in the spot for he was glitching. The entire class gathered around him trying to hold him.
"Don't.... Hold..... Me...." Neil jerks as he spoke.
"What happened.?" Lyn looked at Rory.
"He went beyond his limits." He answered. "He knew this would happen if he goes beyond his limits.. Why risk himself that much?"
"Well.... That's to how dumb he is." Sandy smiled.
Silence
"So what did you guys find?" Ned asked.
"It was a tall building." Rory breathes heavily. "18km from here."
"That is almost half way off the city." Ned gawked.
"Exactly." Rory sighed. "That's where Chiyo is... But we couldn't find the floor she's in."
"Why?" Everyone asked.
Rory looked at Neil as he still glitches and writhe in pain and everyone followed his visual and immediately understood, sandy walked towards Neil and picked him up by the hand and placed it over his shoulder.
"Come on man.... We got to get you to the infirmary." Sandy said. "You've gone past your limit.. So you need rest."
As they walked out of the class slowly and steadily, Lyn turned towards his fellow mates.
"Now that we know where she is..." Lyn began. "What do we do? Should we report this to Prof. Hiro?"
"We shouldn't...." Zoe replied briskly.
"Why?" Lyn asked.
Silence
"If we were able to rescue someone who's not from our class." Zoe began. "Why can't we do the same for one of our own?"
"I agree with her." Jade said. "Chiyo's one of us."
"But it's suicide to bump into a place like that." Reece suggested.
"He's right..." Zoe murmured. "Going in there will compromise so many things... That place.... It might be as the old one is."
"What do you mean." Jayden asked surprised.
"Like I said.... I know who's behind the kidnap." Zoe sat on her chair. "They were the people who abducted us... Years ago."
"You mean?" Lyn looked at Zoe with eyes wide open in fear.
"Yes.... That same place Lyn." Zoe finished.

"Hey Sandy..." Neil murmured.
"Yeah mate." Sandy looked at Neil who's no longer glitches but limp that his head fell downward.
"Can you do me a favor." He quivers.
"And what is it?" Sandy asked.
"Promise me that you would protect Chiyo and everyone..." Neil tries to lift his head. "Please.... Safe guard everyone."
Silence
"Cause they're family now..." Neil continues. "And besides... You're one of the strongest."
"Hey.... You talk too much boy." Sandy smiled. "Besides.... I gat you bro."
Neil smiled with relief as they continued down the hall heading to the infirmary.
"I trust you to handle everything there." Neil whispered.
"Thought I told you not to say a word." Sandy laughed.
And both of them laughed as they walk past some students who looked at them in awe.

"I see.... So that's how they are." Ned rubs his jaws in thought.
"Yeah." Lyn sadly said.
"So what do we do." Rory asked.
Silence.
"Well there is only one option." Sandy spoke as he walks into class. "We go save Chiyo...."
"But... What about." Lyn babbles.
"Miss Wade has given me the permission." Sandy smiled. "She will cover up for us."
"Now that's settled.." Clint spoke. "But what do we do?"
Silence.
"I've already come up with a plan." Ned looked up as light shone on his specks. "Who's up for it?"
Everyone nodded in agreement as they waited keenly for the plan Ned had to say, as he opened his mouth to opt out the plan... The table suddenly moved drawing attention of everyone.
"Am out of here." Delia spoke as she head for the door.
"What...?" Lyn gawked.
"Why?" Jade asked.
"All this is not my problem." She replied as she continued.
"Even if it's Chiyo?" Zoe asked angrily.
"Still not my business." Delia kept walking
Zoe went mad and moved towards Delia but was stopped by the grip of Sandy, she turned to look at him as he nods, disagreeing with what she's was about to do. She looked at Delia who kept walking without looking back even for the slightest seconds. Zoe shoved Sandy's hands off hers as she went back to her position still mad.
"Chiyo's first priority." Sandy spoke. "That was Neil's orders."
"You're right." Zoe admitted after few seconds of silence.
"So Ned...." Sandy turned to Ned who kept his fingers on his jaws. "What's the plan."
Ned closed his eye and sighed heavily before opening them again and all the action he does dramatically.
"This is plan." He smiled.
