After hours waiting the warrior couldn't help but notice "Heh he kinda looks like an expecting father." while watching Saigo pace back and forth. Hearing this his Saigo lets of a momentary growl thinking "I would be a far better father than any human"
Finally the healer returns from the den with a sad look on her face "I-I tried I tried as best I could and everything was going smoothly untill the baby came out it wasn't moving and nither was the m-mother" slowly walking to the wolf she reviels the baby in her arms "I-I m sorry I wish I could h-help b-but" as the healer breaks into a sob every one lowers their head exept Saigo.
With a determined look on his face he places the stillborn child on the ground and begins to howl. As he is doing this the earih begins to shake and white runes shining as if they were made of moon light start surrounding the wolf.
"What's going on" the ranger questions panicking "It can't be I thought it was only a mith!" the healer says with a gasp "He's using a powerful spell capable of saving someone from death!"
"What!" the group exclaims "Theirs a problem though for it to work you have to challenge death and win if you fail than death takes your soul too".
(In deaths domane Saigo and death are conversing)
Death "So you want to challenge me for this child's soul alone?"
Saigo "Yes of course and I know what would happen if I lose."
"Well than shall we begin." Death dashed tourdes Saigo preparing to swing. As he swings Saigo ducks than pounces at Death as he flies over Saigo. "Foolish wolf you can never touch death" saying this Death flipes over and slashes at Saigo leaving a deep gash on his side. Meanwhile on the adventurers side all they see is Saigo suddenly receive mysterious gashes all over his body. "Oh no what do I do what can I do im a healer but more people are gonna die and theirs nothing I can do!" the healer cries "Don't worry miss my child is strong he will win and as his pack we will give him strength." as the mysterious voice says this the souls of Saigo's pack appear and charge into him healing him and imbuing him with every elemental power they wield.
As Saigo feels this strength he charges at Death biting through his scythe and ramming Deaths skull off his head. "Congratulations young wolf you win but know this if your pack didn't join you you would have lost." Death declares as he returns the child's soul.
