Kelvin charged through the open battlefield he made it past the German defenses and took one of their turrets. He fired at the advancing German forces.
"Sergeant Walker, we need you and your squad to fall back."
Kelvin ducked behind the turret. "Commander, most of my soldiers are dead, the survivors are surrounded." Kelvin replied.
"Sergeant, we'll pick you up, head back to the drop zone."
Kelvin turned around and ran back to the drop zone.
"Sir, we have five soldiers left." One soldier said.
Kelvin nodded and yelled "hold your positions men."
All the soldiers nodded in agreement and ducked just as a German soldier got onto the turret.
Kelvin fired his Klockpit model 3 towards the incoming soldiers.
A woman bolted at him, her twin pistols raised.
"Kathalene." Kelvin instantly remembered the day of the second attack. He had lost so much that day. His younger sister and his parents.
Kathalene tackled him to the ground. "Hey there champ, how's your sister doing."
Kelvin struggled to get up.
Kathalene kicked his pistol away. "Now what are you going to do?"
"Dingbat, come here."
The soldier they referred to as Dingbat ran over.
"Kill these guys for me."
Dingbat nodded and shot the remainder of Kelvin's troops.
Kelvin elbowed Kathalene in the face and got out of her range of fire.
"Scarlet!" Dingbat yelled.
Kathalene fired at Kelvin's arm which did nothing (considering that it was made of steel).
Kelvin rolled and grabbed his pistol.
"It's over," Dingbat laughed pointing his gun at Kelvin's head. "Any last words?"
Kelvin smiled. He vaulted over one of the baracades and ducked behind it just as Dingbat fired at him.
He looked over and shot twice. The first bullet hit Dingbat in the leg, and the second flying past Kathalene's shoulder.
"I thought you'd be better." Kathalene cackled.
Suddenly, Kelvin felt an arm grab his shoulder, he turned and elbowed the soldier in the face.
She seemed to be immune to the slap.
Kelvin rolled aside as the soldier sliced at Kelvin's original spot.
Dingbat fired at Kelvin who used his metal arm to block it.
"Who gave this man a metal arm, that's not fair." Dingbat yelled.
"You never play fair." Kathalene laughed.
"You're men shot my arm off, it's your fault." Kelvin smirked
The soldier sidestepped closer and closer to Kelvin's position.
Kelvin kicked his helmet away, revealing that it was a girl under that mask, and to make it worse, Kelvin knew her.
Kelvin couldn't believe his eyes. After all this time he found her, only to see her fighting on the wrong side.
The girl raised her sword, about to strike when Kelvin said, "Aria!?"
