Chapter 21 - Cassabianca

I sit down in the atrium with Baxton and Alex.

We discussed details and checked our schedules, to realist we had several exams today.

Period 1 would be History.

Period 2 would be French.

Period 3 was our normal PE lesson and periods 4 and 5 would be the 1 hour 45 minute science paper.

That left our English paper for tomorrow.

We discussed last minute work and topics and generally prepared for the day.

At 8:25, the music went off and we made our way to our history class.

Our teacher was waiting for us.

We sat in our usual seats and she walked us through some concepts for our papers.

She also told us that it would be a 50 minute paper.

She handed them to us and we filled out names, dates and class in the boxes.

Then, she started the timer and we were off.

This was the only exam that I timed anything.

The rest, I'd been yoloing and hoping I did okay.

There were only three questions on the paper, but we had to write essays for the other two questions, so it balanced out a bit more.

French paper- period 2.

Two listening tasks, three translations.

It wasn't superbly difficult, but the speaking was slightly difficult as I couldn't make out what the person was saying.

At once point, I point blank forgot boring (ennuyeux) and annoying (énervant).

It stressed me out slightly.

Songs, conjugating, rules whirled through my head through the whole test.

At the end, I closed my booklet.

I'd checked it through thoroughly, and I'd done my best.

The next test was the final one of the day.

Science.

It would take up the rest of periods 4 and 5.

Back in the sports hall.

I sat down, already used to this.

I'd filled everything in and the examiner began speaking.

It was the same as always.

We began the exam.

Question one was all about batteries.

We had to draw a diagram on the batteries then answer a bunch of questions on them.

We had a list of questions that we had to answer.

That was literally every exam.

Although, we heard lots of calculators slamming into the floor.

I think they were on purpose.

That concluded exams for that day.

We only had the English mocks left.

Thank goodness.
