Chapter 7 - the beast

Quote --- Love and hate aren't so different, in fact they're two sides of a coin.

UNEDITED

He saw it. The animal, the huge hound that watched him with predatory red eyes. It was fucking huge! The hound's height competed with that of a full grown adult, that neither the trees nor the darkness could shadow the beast. For one the big beast was white, not just white but snow fucking white. A sharp spear like black mark that started from the eyeline of his eyes, passed the crinkles of the edge of the beast's eyes down to the start of it's ear.

The mark had two another arrow like ends attacked to the side of each mark drawn from the eyeline of it's eyes, that made the markings seem much like a crossbow with two curved limbs at both sides of the markings.

It's eyes were shaped almond and it's eyes, shit, it's red eyes that felt like one bad been sent tumbling down a volcano as it looked at Sebastian predatory sent spears of fire through the veins of Sebastian.

Sebastian's pretty red lips that had been moistened by his tears parted, the pink muscle from inside his mouth stuck out to lick his already moist lips. His chest rose and fell, the big creature with fur was it. It was the one that owned the dark sweet aura that caused a sensational kind of pain ignit from the pit of Sebastian's core.

It's ears were sharp and long, almost elf-like. Little overgrown fur fell down it's eyes, but the way it stared at Sebastian like a creature ready to pounce told Sebastian he saw very good. There was this large mark on its large chest, etched into it's body, passed the full whit fire. It was a triangle curved circle. Tree curves, connected to the wide circle. Sebastian could swear he had seen the obscene mark somewhere before, but the young warlock realizes that that should be the least of his problems when the mighty beast swiped it's thin serpent-like tongue with a slit at its pointy end along its large fangs.

The pearly white fangs bared at Sebastian sent a rush of fear and heat down to his heaving chest.

"What do you want?" Sebastian yelled, as the distance between then was wide.

The creature slowly made his way further out of the darkness of the woods. The fur that fell on his red eyes swinging as he did. A part of Sebastian that laid at the back of his mind would've found it cute if he didn't like had successfully had his prey cornered. A certain hue surrounded the creature, that made him almost as vibrant as the moon. Almost.

"Don't. Jump." It's voice was even more guttural this time.

And that was when Sebastian saw it. The hunger in it's eyes had increased tenfolds. The beast was ready to feed, on him.

Then he heard, it's roar. The mighty roar had every cell in Sebastian's body vibrating. It shook the earth and Sebastian. His hand began glowing, Sebastian in fear tapped into his magic. Threads of white strings curled around his hands. His irises had already became total white whilst his pupils remained black.

It pounced. Jumped the distance from across the bridge to the woods to on top the bridge!

Braelynn gulped the tea Afriel had passed to her with a sour expression on her face. "You tea tastes like garden dirt" She commented after having a taste of the tea.

Afriel knowing better kept quiet, Dremeine on the other hand broke the solemn silence Braelynn's expression and demeanor had kept them in.

"You tried to choke the life out of my son" Dremeine announced, obviously the make with enough balls to voice the mighty elephant in the room.

The blank emotion in Braelynn's magenta orbs turned into a hardened one. Her eyes cast down, before looking back at Dremeine with a clenched jaw and her fist tight against the mug with the tea.

"I....He shouldn't have been in my room, I wasn't aware it was him" She gritted out of her literally clenched jaw.

Dremeine's glare hardened. "You didn't know it was my son you were choking the life out of?"

Braelynn's eyes met with that of Dremeine. Her look wasn't a hardened one, or a blank one either. It was the one that you could see the reflection of your eyes in hers.

The one that it felt like she was looking at the depths of your soul through your eyes.

The one that summoned authority upon her inferior.

The one that exercised her dominance and power when she wasn't even trying to. The one that sent true dominance down the spine of Dremeine almost making him edge back.

"I came to this useless realm for something that bitch called fate had played hide and seek with me with. Tell me Dremeine what do you honestly think I'd gain from harming your children?"

"You've never needed a reason before, have you?" Afriel grabbed on to Dremeine's arm at the low blow he delivered.

Afriel feared for Braelynn's reply, but much to his surprise the fae Queen had a rather sardonic smirk to respond.

"I should've fed Thane to the Aistriú Dragon" Afriel stiffened at both the mention of Thane and the Aistriú Dragon.

Braelynn dropped the mug and stood up from the stool of the island counter. "You may not be IN Tír na nÓg, but you will always remain a part of it, and never forget who made that possible bitch"

She headed for up the stairs but dropped to her knees when she reached the first case.

It was huge, the hound that attempted to mount him, the pretty blue eyed boy in a button up shirt. The snow-white hound with fiery red eyes stared hungrily at the boy that trembled, his eyes were red, and cheeks tainted with apple red. His hand was glowing white, his aura were white strings curled on his hands.

The hound was a few inches away from the boy, and as he licked his canines fear racked through Braelynn knowing he was about to mount him.

A wild scream rippled through her throat as the hound mounted the blue eyed boy. Her heart was thudding fast, and her breathing was heavy. She didn't understand what was happening. What was this terrifying feeling that shook her body? Why were her lips trembling, and her body felt as if she was about to go into convulsion? Why did her teeth clatter together, and her blood coil? And most importantly, why couldn't she see anything?

Everything was black, pitch black. Siren noises went off in her head, like the thing alarming inside of her the sirens blared in her head, causing a sharp pain to travel through her head, like a migraine. And it hurt, but it didn't hurt as much as the fucking feeling of harm coming to a part of her soul. 'Cause- Fuck that was how it felt for Braelynn, it was literally the kind of feeling that surged throughout her body, and it made something in her bleed.

She released her hands from her head, and threw her head up, her eyes were glowing brighter than ever, and her razor sharp teeth like a windigo.

Upon hearing her loud shriek, Dremeine and Afriel ran to her side. Afriel attempted to aid Dremeine in grabbing her, but as she let out another terrifying shriek Dremeine held his hand out to his husband, halting him from touching Braelynn.

"Dremeine...." Afriel words went dry in his throat, looking out at the window.

The grasses, and plants from the garden close to the house had weaved, and curled on the windows, and walls out front of the house. They moved sly, slow, and snakelike.

"Ah, fuck," Dremeine cursed, seeing the implications of Braelynn's ordeal at the moment.

Footsteps heading downstairs echoed. Stiles and Legacy halted at the father's hand signal command.

"Dad, what's happening to her?" Legacy asked, with genuine concern in his voice. Stiles too looked scared out of his mind, and concern shone in his hazel eyes.

"Kids back away, go back to your room---" Another shriek from Braelynn shut Dremeine up quickly.

In the heat she quickly took her ash jacket from her body, discarding the fabric somewhere, anywhere.

"Dremeine?" Afriel swallowed as she began to rise on her feet.

In a flash Braelynn dashed through the door with lightening speed in only male shorts and a white singlet. Dremeine bounced from one feet to the next, obviously unsure of his next action.

He suddenly turned to his husband and said. "I have to go with her, before she does something we'll all regret"

He too dashed through the door, with almost the same kind of inhuman speed Braelynn ran off with.

Meanwhile Sebastian struggled against the mighty beast against him. His glowing hand came up to the face of the hound that was about to lock his jaw down on Sebastian's neck, his long, sharp canines had already sunk into the skin of his neck, breaking the skin and causing blood to flow.

Sebastian screamed and summoned his magic against the hound, sending the hound flying off him. The creatures sharp nails sunk into the concrete grounds of the bridge, making sure he settled well on the ground as he landed, shaking off the powerful blast from Sebastian as if it was nothing.

Sebastian's eyes went wide. The blast seemed as if it hadn't fazed the beast, only made it hungrier from the look that dwelled in it's red eyes.

The beast lunched for Sebastian once more, and Sebastian balled his hand into a fist with his white aura engulfing it and rose it up at the beast, going for a straight on attack.

The beast roared fiercely, both lunching for each other.

Braelynn dashed through the woods.

Tree branches slapping against her, and the wind whipping against her skin. She ran at such a speed that she'd knock trees down, or completely obliterate the trees with the speed and might of the collision of her against the tree.

She couldn't see, she was practically blind, but she followed the vision that flashed before her eyes. She followed the smell of grapes left too long in the vine to spoil, harvested and produced into the sweetest of substance, the sweetest of nectars.

Neither the beast nor Sebastian saw the petite girl jump from the distance of the near woods to up the bridge, shoving all of them off the bridge to the near woods.

The big hound quickly got on its feet, shaking off the dirt from the fall on its thick white fur.

Sebastian grunted, getting on his feet on wobbly knees. He had a pained expression etched on his face as blood oozed down the small wound on his lower lip and the bigger other on his knee cap.

The beast growled taking steps towards Sebastian. Sebastian had one pained hand on his stomach and another balled ready to take on the beast again, masking the fear and anticipation that bathed his body when --- A peculiar girl jumped into their middle, into the scene.

Her expression was deadly. Her eyes screamed pain and authority. Sebastian parted his lips to suck in a breath. It was as if his heart had literally stopped, and all train of all thoughts flushed down.

She had thick curly maroon hair that flushed down her oval face to down her ribs. The pink soft muscle on her face was slightly parted as she took in heavy breaths through her mouth, her plump chest rising and falling at each breath. The white singlet she had on accented her plump chest and the red shorts displayed her cream straight long legs.

Her eyes were inhuman, magenta irises with black pupils that had so much history in them. Lines, and curls of black and red marks aligned together on her cream skin to design the perfect picture from the tip of her hands to her neck, almost creeping up her jaw. Her long, pointy, elf-like ears were out on display from her thick maroon hair. She had the tiniest of piercing on her lower lip, below her eyebrows and her ear.

Sher hands were out on both Sebastian and the beast.

"Enough!" She commanded, her voice sounded innocent, but with the strength and utmost authority dripping from it, one could tell this girl was not innocent.

Her presence as it was told the story of true authority.

Sebastian felt as of something had ignited from thrumming heart to down his aching cock. This girl was ethereal before his eyes, unlike anything he'd ever seen, and when her magenta eyes locked with his blue ones it felt as if the air around them turned static, the kind that was dangerous yet irrevocably delicious.

She tore her eyes from him to the hound. The beast edged forward and this time it wasn't the predatory steps he had taken towards Sebastian. It's red eyes motioned down at Braelynn with some foreign emotion swirling in it's eyes, and that was when Sebastian's eyes went down to her torso, where a large wood that was almost like a stake was impaled into her.

Blood slowly flowed from the impaled  part even though it wasn't an open wound yet.

The beast lunched forward at Braelynn. Fear speared through Sebastian as the creature lunched -- only for it to land at Braelynn's as he hand was held up at it.

"Cothrom" Braelynn whispered, engrossed by the big creature that seemed almost enchanted by Braelynn.

(Cothrom --- Fair)

Sebastian edged back, stepping on a branch and catching Braelynn's attention.

"Sebastian?" Her voice caused tremors all over Sebastian's body, and caused his cock to ache even more painfully than before.

Her statement seemed almost like a question tumbling ever so enchantingly from her mouth.

Sebastian swallowed. He couldn't stand her presence. The aura of that beast had made him hard, and aroused for days now, but right now, in the presence of this faerie Sebastian experience lust never in his life had he thought possible.

He wouldn't to run from her.

Her eyes locked onto his. Staring deep inside his crystal blue eyes that shimmered in the fall of the night. She seemed as if she was trying to search for his soul from his eyes, trying to decipher every code, and errors that made him Sebastian.

"Sebastian Lockhart" This time she sounded sure. Certainty and grace shimmered in her magenta eyes that stared into Sebastian's blue ones.

Sebastian's hand dug into his pocket and pulled out a paper.

"Dayne." Sebastian whispered and then was Braelynn sure what the boy was doing.

"No!" It was too late. The flame had burned the paper and he had disappeared before her sight.

She'd had him before her sight. He was there. And now he was just gone.

She'd lost him.

The sounds of groaning caught Braelynn's attention. She turned around to the sight of a fair haired boy that laid on the ground, trembling.

Braelynn blinked.

Delicious electricity shot through her. And the air carried electricity. Like thunder and lightening when their eyes meant a dangerous clash of aura took place.

Braelynn motioned towards the boy with red eyes that had such fierceness in them, and something dawned on her with his gentle words.

"Maité" His voice was raspy, yet deep and soothing for Braelynn's body that was on fire.

(Maité -- Mate)

"Braelynn" Said Dremeine that had just appeared.

"Impossible" She said in only but a whisper as the truth had dawned on her.
