*Flashback*
*Trigger warning*
He slumped against the back of a tree. His weight against the dry grasses made a crunching noise.
The sounds of his sniffling quietly echoed throughout the woods.
His chest long coal black hair looked like darkness had flushed down from the center roots of his hair to down his chest.
He looked no more than 14. Scared, and hyperventilating as his chest would rise and fall heavily.
Memories. Bad memories scratched at the front of his mind.
Horrible sight of a car rolling over a road. Screams of innocents from the car echoed in his head as a little boy point blank disappeared as the car crashed.
Red flowed from the open wound on his wrist. His eyes were drowsy, and his breathing slowed.
The grasses, the petals from the little flowers rose from the ground, levitating.
The sands rose, the wind began to howl loudly.
His blue eyes became drowned with absolute white. His teeth clamouring, and him sinking into his hoodie.
His eyes were about to shut— that was when he heard it. The snapping sound of wood.
His blue eyes opened wide. They were glassy with unshed tears as he looked up at the big wolf approaching.
He swallowed.
The animal was already close to him.
The wolf was brown. As big as he was. It had white stripes drawn from it's swishing tail to near it's black snout.
The wolf brought out it's red tongue to swipe along his long deadly canines.
It wolf sniffed the feet of the boy, before it's brown eyes with honeyed flecks looked up at the paled boy.
The boy eyed the wolf cautiously but was unable to edge away from it even if he wanted to.
The wolf pushed it's dark snout on the boy's stomach. Nuzzling closer to him. The boy let out a pained smile, before bringing his shaking bleeding hand up at the creature.
He wounded his hand into it's thick brown fur.
His blue eyes went wide as a sense of relive washed him. His slit wrist began to sew, the skin patching back together like magic.
Dark veins snaked from his wrist into the body of the big animal. The vein travelled from his wrist to the wolf.
He retracted his hand from the wolf and watched it with wide eyes as the wolf slowly morphed into a boy.
The light bronze skinned boy was around his age. With brown eyes and honeyed flecks in them.
Little freckles scattered from his cheekbones to the bridge of his nose.
"Hello," The light bronzed skinned boy spoke.

"Soran is possessed?" Caesar had an incredulous look on his face as he asked.
Sebastian's eyes slowly open. His mind coming back into ease with the conversation.
Caesar's pointer finger tapping on his jaw, his thoughts in war with what Sebastian and Sabrina had explained.
Sabrina leaned forward and placed her hand on her laps. She nodded.
"He is, I-I mean I think he is." She faltered, trying to get the gravity of what she meant into a viable explanation.
Sebastian stepped in. "The characteristics she explained points out to possession, and the more I think about it I can't help but consider it as well." His voice was quiet as it normally was. "I mean, you saw how batshit crazy he went the other day."
Caesar sighed. The skin close by his blonde eyebrows creased, his expression displayed how much conflicted he was.
"Yeah, but Sora has always been batshit crazy. No offense Sabrina but everyone knows you brother is on his way of becoming a grade A druggie." Sabrina flashed him a look, a frown on her face.
"My brother is not a druggie, mutt, don't speak of him like that." Sabrina came quick to defend her brother.
Caesar threw his hands up in surrender.
"Hey, hey, hey, calm down Sabrina. Didn't you coven say he acted rabid because he was around the area your mother died. Where by the way is smoking with black magic," Caesar reminded.
Sebastian immediately stiffened. He almost wanted to say he didn't think Calliope died from magic overload.
The beast killed her. He'd not seen the body yet, but he did hear that Calliope's body was nothing but bits and pieces.
Like she combusted. Sebastian was sure that wasn't it, no, scratch that, he knew the beast that attacked him last night had killed Calliope.
The strange creature had the exact same aura from the ones in the same area Calliope died.
He had what he wished to say at the tip of his tongue but the memory of the mysterious maroon haired girl that had jumped in the clash a night ago.
For some reason it held him back. The memory of her stopped him from voicing the thoughts that ran through his mind.
So he asked instead. "Can I see Calliope's body, Sabrina?"
Sabrina dislodged her attention from Caesar and turned to him. Chocolate eyes stared at him, one black brow with ginger highlights rose at him.
"You want to see my mother's body, now?" She asked, leaning closer to see his face
Sebastian bobbed his head in response.
Sabrina blinked, edging back on the chair of Sebastian's study desk.
"I suppose you can, but I have to warn you Seb, there-there is much to my mother's body. It's all flesh." Bitterness leaked from her words.
"I want to see the body, Sabrina." He persisted.
Sabrina shrugged. "Well then, I suppose you can see her body."
Caesar with a confused expression on his face asked. "Wait. The body is still out in the open?"
Sebastian answered. "Witches don't just bury their coven leaders. They have to wait till the night of Samhain. When the veil between realms are thin—"
"— And the demons come out to play" Sabrina finished.
Caesar laughed, throwing his legs off Sebastian's study desk.
Sebastian and Sabrina stared at him obviously unamused by the expression on their face.
Caesar stopped observing their expression. His turned into a serious on as he cleared his throat.
"Wait, you're not serious about the demons thing right? Cause I've lived in meadow reach for like forever and no such thing as demons and thin veils,"
Sebastian stood up. "Of course not. Besides if the veil real, demons wouldn't waste time coming into this realm. Witches only practice the ritual because it's ancestorial."
He turned to Sabrina. "Come on, Sabrina, take me to your mother's body."
