Thorn's Pov
It has been a week since I last saw Addison. After wha happened I decided to stay in my condo.
It's already 7:00 in the morning and I'm on the way to my company. May pinuntahan akong bussiness meeting kagabi kaya naman medyo tinanghali ako nang gising.
Nag park ako nang sasakyan at bumaba na. Agad akong pinag buksan nang guard nang pinto. The employees are greeting me good morning but i choose to ignore it. I headed to the elevator for the CEO.
As soon as i got to my office my secretary approach me to give some important papers.
"Mr. Mckenzie would you like to book a flight to Rome for tommorow morning or evening?" Asked sec.Garcia
"Today" I said
"Do you mean right now sir?" he asked a bit confused
"Yeah right now."
"Ok Mr. McKenzie" Sagot niya at mag konting pinindot sa ipod na dala niya.
"Sir it's already settled we can leave right now"
With that I stand up and and head to the car while sec. Garcia is following me.
I sat at the back seat sec. Garcia drive the car.
"Call the director of 'The end of us' Im gonna put a new girl in the crew"
THREE MONTHS LATER
Scarlett's Pov
"Scarlett bilisan mo" sabi ni kylie sakin
Kaibigan ko
"Wag mo kong madaliin. Ang taas naman kasi nang heels na pinili mo para sakin" sabi ko habang pilit na naglalakad nang maayos.
"Scar, Ayusin mo naman lakad mo mukha kang sigang naghahamon nag ayaw sa kanto" sabi nya halatang pinipigilan ang tawa
Hinawakan niya ang kamay ko para makapaglakad ako nang maayos
Mabuti nalang at nakapag adjust na ata ako sa heels na ito
Nasa party kami ngayon a wrap-up-party para sa palabas na 'The end of us'
"Ang laki nang venue.Bigatin, mas maganda yung role na nakuha mo ngayon kesa dati ahh." Sabi nya habang nililibot ang paningin sa venue
Oo mas malaki nga ito kesa dati sobrang elegante nang mga tao
"Siya kaya ang nag arrange nito o ang direktor?" Sabi ko habang tinitignan ang imbitasyong natanggap ko kanina
Inabot ko iyon sa bantay at dumederetso na kami sa loob
"Sinong 'siya' si thorn ba? Scarlet your his wife. It's just ok if he did something like this after all kayang kaya ka niyang gawing pinakasikat na artista pero he just arrange a supporting role for you." aniya na nakataas pa ang index finger ani mo'y nile-lecturan ang isang bata
Agad ko naman siyang sinenyasan na tumahimik.
"Shh. Alam mo namang sikreto lang ang kasal namin baka may makarinig besides we married out of necessity
And we don't have feelings for each other." Malungkot kong sabi habang nakatingin sa sahig.
"Oh, Scar your a noble lady from a rich family. Why did you choose to ba an actress in the first place?" she said the she hold my left hand with her right hand
Hinila niya ako sa veranda kung saan walang gaanong tao
"If i say 'As we can't be couple in real life.It's good to be on-screen couple' pagtatawanan mo ba ko."i ask I'm at the verge of crying again.
She looked at me, sigh then she looked at the view from the veranda
"He was good to you back then,i don't know why he changed after college"
"I don't know ang naaalala ko lang ay nung sinabi nya sakin na ' I will love
anyone except you' that's the exact same word he said to me"
A waiter pass by in front of us. Kylie took two wine from the waiter then she handed me one of it.
Kinuha ko naman iyon I leaned at the veranda's railing i took a sip from the wine and said.
"I'm more eager to know what happened those days everytime I remember what he said" i said sincerely
Sabay naman kaming napalingon sa pinto nang biglang nagbulongan ang mga tao sa paligid dahil sa pagdating nang isang lalaking ngayon at nakatitig nang deretso sa akin.
Nauna na akong mag iwas nang tingin
At muling bumaling sa view sa veranda
"Thorn" bulalas ni kylie
"Isn't he supposed to be filming in Rome?" gulat ding sabi ni kylie
"Thorn's really a legend in entertainment circle." dinig kong bulugan nang dalawang babaeng may hindi kalayuan sa akin.
" Well It took him four years to succeeded from the scratch, Then he won best actor for six years" sagot naman nung usap niya
"Nung tinayo pa niya ang kumpanya nang global entertainment group. Everyone thout he was going to be bankrupt but now its the most largest company film in the country" Napangiti ako sa narinig ko.
"He's handsome, capable, good in acting at never nasangkot sa scandal"
Tinitingala talaga si Thorn sa larangan na napili nya. I'm happy for him
"Scar he didn't call you before he come back. Asawa ka pa ba niya?" Kylie asked. It seem's like she's a litte annoyed to thorn
"Di ko alam ang huling pag uusap namin nung... " napatigil ako nang maalala ang huli naming pag uusap na dahilan kung bakit ko nakuha ang role na ito.
Inubos ko ang wine na hawak at nilagay ang walang laman na wine glass sa gilid na railing nang veranda
"Mr. McKenzie it's been a while since you attended to parties like this." Natigilan ako nang marinig ko ang sinabi nang waiter.
Thorn is near "I'm going to the bathroom" i said to kylie but a cold hand hold my wrist to stop me.
I looked at him shocked i didn't expect him to approach me considering that our marriage is secret
What should i do right now? I looked down and said "Hi Mr. McKenzie "
Thorn's Pov
"Hi Mr. McKenzie " she said to me
Nagtagis ang panga ko
How dare she called me like that im her husband. I feel pissed off so i decided to just walk away and leave the party
I saw sec. Garcia waiting outside
"Hi sir ang bilis ninyo naman po ata?" he asked
I looked at him with cold eyes as an answer. Kailangan naming bumalik na sa Rome as soon as possible. Nasa kalaginaan kami nang biyahe nag biglang umulan napatingin ako sa labas
I suddenly remember her it was also raining when we first met each other
Suddenly I missed her so much.
"Turn back the car" i commanded to sec. Garcia
"Bakit po sir, we have booked a flight to rome tonight at 12 o'clock it's less than 2 hours from takeoff" he said
"Change the flight schedule to tomorrow morning" i said caused i really wanna see her right now.
With that he turned back the car 'Another one hour drive to go back home' i sigh.
