Ayden stood in the dark for sometimes, then he occupied a seat in a dark corner of the room.
He was mesmerized and shocked, he thought that girl with cold behavior can sing this well.
Her eyes were closed, she was sitting on a chair, her long black hair was tied up in a bun. She was singing.....
"A blurry sun shines
In a sky
Of madder red...
I will look up
And walk forward.."
She finished, opened her eyes and sighed. Ayden stood up and clapped. The room was echoing by the clapping sound.
Cora couldn't see anything as he was standing in a dark corner.
"Who?"
Ayden walked upto her.
"Hi, I didn't mean to scare you".
"What are you doing here?"
"I was studying, then I heard a voice...I got suspicious, I followed it and saw you were singing. So I got in here and occupied a seat".
She gave him a firm look and asked Ayden,
"Why did you pulled my hand in the corridor?"
"Let me ask you a question too...why keep avoiding me?"
"I asked you first."
"If you want answers, make friends with me, or otherwise I won't tell you"
"Blackmailing me?"
"Why would I?"
Ayden stretched out his hand towards Cora.
"Friends?"
"I don't make friends with unknown persons".
"Then know me, talk to me".
Cora was walking away, Ayden called her name,
"Cora please, talk to me, I really want to talk to you and.."
"And what?"
Moment of silence passed.
Ayden heaved a sigh and said,
"Nothing".
"Ok I'll think about it."
Cora was walking down stairs, Ayden called her name,
"Cora, wait up".
Cora stopped and and looked back at Ayden.
"Will go out with me tomorrow to have breakfast?"
"Where?"
"Cafe Blossoms?"
"Ok. I'll go but you won't tell anyone about it".
"Ok, I won't".
"And one more thing, don't think that this is a date!, Understand?".
"Yes".
"Tomorrow morning at 8:30?"
"Ok, don't be late."
Cora went away. Ayden came back to his room wrote about the entire day and went to sleep.
NEXT DAY.....
Ayden got up and was getting ready, Mathew woke up by a sound.
"Hey mate what are you doing?why are getting ready so early? We don't have college today."
Mathew knew Ayden was a early bird.
"Good morning mate, I'll answer your every question but now I'm in a hurry."
Ayden sprayed some perfume. Mathew was a little surprised to see Ayden being so formal about dressing.
"Being formal today? Do you have date or something like that?"
Mathew jumped out of his bed in curiosity.
"More like friendship".
"Is that girl is Cora?"
Ayden grined at Mathew.
He was going to ask more, Ayden said,
"I'm going to be late, so talk to you later."
"Hey....mate...m..mate".
Ayden got out from his dorm and walked out.
Ayden was near the cafe, he saw she was standing in front of the cafe, she was wearing a yellow floral dress, her hair was tied up in a low bun, she was carrying a small bag in her hand and was looking at her wrist watch.
Ayden went to her.
"Hi! Sorry I'm late".
"It's okay".
"So, can we go?"
"Hmm".
The cafe was situated in a medium sized ground surrounded by several cherry blossom trees. The tables were under the trees. It was a beautiful cafe.
They picked up a table for two people. They sit and the waiter came and handed them the menu card.
Ayden smiled at Cora, but inside he was freaking.
"Umm...are you comfortable?"
"Yes".
Ayden was smiling and talking to her but she was silent.
"Why aren't you talking to me?"
Cora pecked a strand of her hair behind her ears and placed her chin on her plan and her pink gradient lips curled up in a smile.
