"We will be visiting your mom this evening get prepared," he said and immediately, I felt my legs and arms perplexed...
It is either today or never, I needed to hear him tell me the truth, the truth about my mother's death. I deserve to hear it from him.
I turned to him, "Father! why...! why...! why lie to me? I deserve to know the truth now!" I said and almost burst into tears.
"Truth about what?" he asked with an innocent face.
"You don't have to pretend any longer, I already know it, I just wanted you to tell me the whole truth with your mouth. Is that too hard to do?!!!" I shouted, my heart was beating faster that my chest velocity kept rising.
Eliza reached out to me moving her right hand up and down on her chest, "Calm down Avia" she muttered
Why does she always approach me anytime I go overboard? "I can't take this! I'm 20 now, I deserve to know the truth about my mom's death!"
They were both startled but I don't care, Father coughed, "What is the big deal that your mother died the same day you were born? What is the big deal that I killed my two brothers that same day? What is the big deal that you were the only one left for me?" He lamented, his mouth moved from words to cry, his face Shields down the bitterness, and his mouth opened apart like a baby, tears running down his cheeks.
I stood still, not being able to move my legs as they appear to be fastened to the ground, or probably, they were too heavy that I couldn't carry them.
Then, my knees ached and I couldn't stand properly, my eyes seem to be dizzy, "Avia are you okay?" I heard her voice again but couldn't respond.
Is the monster coming out again? hope this time it's not aiming to have my family, no! I can't stay here! As for My Dad, I love him, he is all I have.
I just have to leave, probably far away from humans, I can't kill this lovely couple that happened to be my source of happiness. No! Never!
I found my way out of the house, as usual, I didn't have any idea where I was going but I needed to leave, I need to spare this beautiful family.
Then I ran far toward the opposite direction of our house, which was built on the city's outskirts, I think it makes it easier for me, I deserve to live with the beast in the woods.
I started running, running with all the strength I have within me, though it seems I knew where I was going but I couldn't comprehend the exact place I was heading to or how long I'd been running.
It seems to be getting dark but I could see there is a bright moon or maybe street lights.
But the warm weather, the moon's reflection is the best time suitable to be with one's family, gist and laugh under it but here I am, running an infinite race to an unknown land, I felt my legs taking larger pace as it runs.
Now, I saw trees running past me, the breeze whacking against my face. I am too fast than when humans run, I can't call that a run, it appears, I'm speeding up in a flash of light.
This is how I always feel, it appears to be a dream and I always wish this is a dream but hell no... This is real.
The monster in me has taken over, now taking me to an unknown place where I did nothing but torture myself.
Suddenly, I slowed down, and gradually I stopped. My chest seems to get out of me as I started throwing up.
All my throws, couldn't be like saliva or liver... they were too greenish like algae, then, I could see some long tiny strands eloping out of my mouth.
"Oh shit!" I gasped and tried to pick up a small circled object like a citric seed. Just as I was about to pick it up, a mighty breeze blew suddenly and it was hard for me to stand firm.
All that happened next was beyond my control, something pushed me up and I collided with a tree, it was like the wind hits me against the tree then I felt it cracking. I tried to run but my body seems too weak to run fast.
I looked up to see the tree, it almost reached my head, I screamed for help.
At that moment, I did not feel the demon in me, The ogre just left me in pain.
My vision blurred.

On a bloodmoon day, a man in his late 20s was hunting under the full moon. Strangely, he stopped at the spot and looked around the woods with confusion written all over his face, "What is happening?" He muttered.
Dried leaves were rising making different cyclic motions without breeze or wind.
After a while, The man perceived a strong scent. He turned to the path where the scent was coming from, he traced the scent up adjacent to the spot he was standing.
"This is human blood!!!" His expression lightened up
"This is the best start for hunting!" smiles filled his face.
Like the speed of light, he traced the scent to its source. He stopped on getting to the place, he looked around trying to figure out the exact spot.
On taking fewer steps, his body shivered, his gut grumbled, and his lively expression changed into mixed feelings of pity, sadness, and sympathy
"What's happening to my body?!"
"Why this feeling for humans?"
A lifeless girl in her late teen was lying helplessly in the woods, her body was bruised and blood was dripping out of her body.
Beside her was a large tree on the ground, he took a closer look at it and saw traces of blood on the branch
"She is dead?!"
The man ran up to her side, his mind filled with different thoughts,
"Could this be a trap? Her scent is not just of human"
"Scent I can't figure out"
He walked gently towards her and his tensed body feels better on sighting her.
"She was attacked?"
He held her wrist to observe her pulse.
"You are still alive?" he muttered.
He held her hand tightly, and the incident of what happened to the girl appeared in his memory.
He saw her running and then colliding with the tree, but how can the tree fall due to this fragile girl's weight?
His eyes turned bluish with a deep reddish lens, "What can be chasing her?!"
He patted her on the cheek twice, then removed his robe to cover her. He lifted her in his arms with the speed of light, he ran to an ancient hut.
It was cave-like consisting of five small buildings all facing a central pool. He entered a hut and placed her on a wooden-like bed well designed and decorated
Blood was still dripping from her body, the man stared at her blankly.
"Though I intend to feed on you, seeing you like this makes me feel somehow, but some part of my heart wants to save you!" he blurted out.
The man's claws came out, flames radiated from his hands. The bluish and the reddishness of his eyes turned into light and reflected through the light in his hands pointing towards the girl's head
"It will make your body stable and prevent bleeding"
He muttered some inaudible words closing his eyes as the light radiated cycled over her head.
The girl's paled face lightened up a little but she was still unconscious despite the magic performed on her.

Note📚: Bloodmoon day according to this book, occurs once a year in the 10th month of the calendar year. Werewolves and vampires tend to lose control and they possibly attack their species.
As I warned in the axillary chapter; My writings may be different from the notion you have about those creatures.
Please, don't think I will write in your prospect ideology about Werewolves, Vampires, or any other creatures I will mention in this novel.
