They laughed and talked until the restaurant started to tidy up to close and Lucas dropped her home nearly midnight and after a few make out sessions, he gave her a final kiss and went home. She smiled to herself as she headed for a hot bath and scrubbed herself. She put on a t-shirt and sweatpants to sleep, she was about to close her eyes when her doorbell rang. Serena looked at the clock on her wall and realized that it was nearly one in the morning. Grabbing her gun from the drawer next to her, she walked slowly to the entrance door, looking at the peephole, and gasped. Hendrick Metzger is in front of the door.
"What do you want, Hendrick," Serena asked behind the closed door.
"Hallo, mein liebling," Hendrick chuckled.
"I don't speak German," said Serena rolling her eyes.
"It means 'hello, my love'," Hendrick replied, "Can you please open the door?,".
"It's past bedtime and I'm sleepy, goodbye Hendrick," said Serena.
