The sleazy man pulled out a booklet from his pocket and handed it to Paul Shuering.
"Then, you publish your work online, and it's bound to become a hit!"
The sleazy man, like a salesman, rambled on nonstop, "By then, bestselling author, famous screenwriter, all sorts of honors will be yours."
"It's only 50 US dollars, that's not expensive at all, right?"
Although, deep down, Paul Shuering felt this man was a fraud.
Yet mired in self-doubt, he ended up buying a 'writing guide' and 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' as if possessed.
When he walked home in a daze, looking at the two books in his hand, he smiled bitterly to himself.
Not to mention he was a playwright, being a novelist was also a whole different ball game.
