Torin had spot Ford at the front door. They exchanged a glare before Torin approached him. Ford was breathless. How was he still standing? That shouldn't have been possible, not even in the slightest. His head followed Torin's movements before Torin took to his face.
*Smack!*
Ford fell to the floor, eyes wide while holding his jaw. The male was still in a state of shock, incapable of saying a single word. Torin hadn't removed his glance, his fists still clenched. "Geez... Look at you." Torin sighed, rubbing the back of his neck whilst taking his eyes off of him. He had gotten enough time to cool off. Luckily, no one else was around... "Here, gimme your hand." Jumping from his daze, the boy took his assistance. "Come on, I gotta take a leak."
Ford followed the male's lead, his mind still in scrambles. There was one question he'd wanted to ask. But from Torin's reaction, it scared him to a degree. He was practically paralyzed in disbelief. Entering the bathroom, Torin found himself at the urinal at the far right. Ford took the urinal right beside him. "Dude... You have life three others you can use." Torin sighed and turned his head to him. There was no respond, not even a glance.
Torin emptied his bladder before washing his hands. After completing the procedure, he knelt down, taking note of the empty stalls. They had some time for discussion, privately. "Alright, let's address the giant in the room." He placed his hand on his forehead, glaring at the teenager with a frown. "I'm immortal. There's quite literally nothing you can do to kill me. I don't get tired, I can't starve, I don't get hungry, I've never even suffered from ailments such as feeling nausea or anxiety. My body is always at one hundred percent." He gave a confident smirk, and yet, Ford could only give him a blank stare with his mouth agape.
"What... You-", Torin interrupted, "Yeah-Yeah! I fell from the third floor. Whatever... Must be alot to think about." Ford nodded with a stern face, incapable of consuming all of this information at once. He fell onto the sink, peering at the ceiling whilst thinking. Even after seeing what he saw, Ford was incapable of just believing this.
"So I killed you, huh? Haha... I'm so dumb." Torin dropped both hands in his pockets, dropping against the wall to the right of Ford, "Yeah... But don't be too sad." Ford growled, "What do you mean?! I just killed you! Ofcourse I'll feel regret!" His friend could only give an exasperated sigh, "Oh boy, you talk alot."
"Huh?" Dissatisfaction drenched on his face. "Look... I kinda forgot to tell you something. I have terrible luck. Being immortal isn't so fun when you die at the very minimum five times a day." He explains, cocking his arms at his side. "Basically what I'm saying is if you didn't kill me, I bet some plane would've come crashing into the school.
"What?! That's- Your joking! A plane?!"
"Wish I was. Unfortunately, it wouldn't have been the first time. Though, don't worry. My bad luck is indeed horrible. But it doesn't affect those around me. Let's say that because eof my bad luck, a bomb goes off. Even if your standing next to me, you'd be virtually fine." Torin shrugs with a nervous smile, "Makes no damn sense!" Ford exclaimed, his voice posing brutality to his tone. "Look, I know... I know it doesn't, but just be quiet about it alright? Only God knows what'll happen if my secret gets out."
Ford looked up at him and inhaled before releasing all of his stress. 'Thank God... He's safe.' He thought to himself, now hearing the explanation. He was at ease, the ball of sunshine that came with his existence had popped back up. "Well then! That wouldn't be too friend-like would it, best buddy?" He says, patting Torin on the shoulder. They exchanged a friendly smile as they took to each other's eyes. 'Hah! Maybe having a friend isn't so bad.'
*Clank*
"Oh uhm... Yeah... Did I walk into something?" A young man peeked his head through the door, glaring at the two before also smiling. Both Ford and Torin had swiftly turned, faces filled with shock. "I uhm... Sorry for interrupting" Soon enough, he closed the door, leaving the two to their antics.
"Well shit." Torin muttered. He was leaning against the wall with both of Ford's eyes on him. They were rather... Close in the face department, and we're glaring at each other rather intently. Honestly, Torin couldn't blame the guy for having the wrong idea.
"Hehe! Atleast you didn't die!" Ford took a step back and made his way to the door, "Yeah, yeah... Whatever."

Golden Apple High,
3:10 PM
The young brunette had busted through the doors of her clubroom. Eyes pinning to every facet of the room, she ran in frantically, locking the door behind her. "What's the matter, Lillia?" Another girl asked, placing her camera onto the desk. "I-I-I-I!!!"
"Hey, calm down, is there something wrong?" The dark haired femalr took to her feet and approached her. "Villa I saw someone fall from the third floor! They didnt get hurt! They-They just stood up and walked off!" She explains, gulping with just the bare thought in her head. Villa sighed and returned to her seat after giving quite a questionable glare, "Ok then... So do you have a picture to show me?"
Lillia froze in place, "Uhm... No?" Villa had simply taken her camera back into grasp and glared into it. "Geez, Lillia. What is this, the third time today? At four in the morning you said you saw a dog turn into a man. During morning devotion, a rat ran through the schools on his hind legs. Now, your telling me that someone fell from the third floor and got up with no injuries?"
Lilia hadn't known what to say, she could only stand there in silence. "Look, your my best friend and all but... We are apart of the photography club aren't we? If you want me to believe something. Just snap a picture." Whilst saying this, the girl took a picture of Lilia. "I mean... It's not that I don't trust you or anything but you do understand what I mean right?"
"Well, ok. Alright.", Villa smiled, glancing into camera before tossing it over to her. "There, use that. It's alot clearer with that... Just don't break it like you did yours." She sighed. Lillia nodded with a bright smile on her face. She turned to open the door but couldn't. 'That's weird....' She thought to herself. She pulled with all of her might, soon resorting to kicking the door out of spite.
"You locked the door when you came in." After turning back to Villa, she faced the door and smiled, "Oh right... Thanks! I'll get you the photo no prob!" Villia waved her goodbye but before she could've said goodbye, Lillia was already gone. "That girl is super energetic."
Lillia went running. Off on a mad dash, she passed many classrooms and raced down the stairs. She avoided any and every roadblock. Her movements were precise and glorious. Her every step dodging catastrophe after another until finally getting outside. "Phew!"
Turning back, she took sight of the death trap she had as an entrance hall. Juice had been spilt everywhere, gum stuck to the walls, there was even a dog roaming about some kid's locker. But that was besides the point. Turning her face before her, she gazed off into the distance.
"Sorry for keeping you waiting. I had to sign up for baseball practice." Torin raised an eyebrow, "You? I didn't think you were into that kind of stuff." Ford laughed as they started their journey, "Well, alot of people say that. But honestly, I love sports!"
Torin eyed the male. Ford was about 5'8. He wasn't short by any means, nothing like it. However, there was quite the problem. Ford was somewhat of a string-bean. He didn't have much muscle nor mass and it was painfully obvious. He'd get destroyed by most guys that Torin knew. "Well... If you say so. At the very least, I'm glad you didn't sign up for something like football or soccer." Torin states, cuing another chuckle from his friend.
"Yeah, right? I'd probably get smashed. Like utterly destroyed, ploughed in an instant." He had gone on and on, not holding his onslaught of crude words back. "Yep, your about right. You'd get flipped over and rammed, that's for sure."
Lilia watched them cross the road, snapping pictures of them every couple of passing minutes. "Oh! Ya know, I just realized something. Why are you following me home?" Torin stopped, "Uhm... I live over here?" Ford responds simply. "You know, I didn't even think of that." Their walk began once more, taking approximately five more minutes before reaching their destination.
"Oh, right here!" The boy took to his left and approached this massive building at the side of the road. It was white and blue, had three floors and had large white gates that were impossible to scale. One literally couldn't jump over them even if someone boosted you. After dipping his hands into his pockets, nothing was found. He threw his bag to the floor and searched on multiple ocassions but again, nothing.
There was an awkward silence between the two as they froze in place, peering at each other. "So............"
"You don't have your key, is that right?" Ford nodded. "Oh man, sucks to be you. Welp, later!" Torin walked away, waving his hand. "Hey! Wait! Can't I crash at your place?!"
"The hell would you do that?!"
"Oh I don't know, because I'm your friend?!"
Shit! He had Torin there. Torin wasn't so familiar with this whole friendship thing. Was this really something friends would've done? Was he being a bad friend right now? The male held his chin, processing the thoughts as they came by. "But... Can't you just wait and knock until your parents answer?" ~ "I can't. They're out of town today." Having no other option at his disposal, Torin took a breath, "Fuck it! Whatever! Let's go!" With a dead look of irritation, the male continued, Ford following with a cheeky little smile.
"Hmm... That's a weird way to treat a friend." Snapping another photo, Lilia pressed forwards, keeping a good distance behind them. Soon enough, they had reached their destination. Ford pressed his eyes against the building before him. It wasn't as big as his three storeys, but this was indeed ok. It was average. It had two floors, was yellow with white trimming and had small hedges on the side.
The lawn was well-kept and had a brick pathway leading to the front porch and door. "Alright... So my pops should be at work and my brother is most likely in his room. We're heading straight for my room. Got that? No tangents." Ford nodded, holding a smile as they took their shoes off.
Taking their first steps inside, their black socks had met the soft touch of the grey carpeting. They passed through the living room, avoiding the coffee table and couch before pressing up the stairs. Ford tried sticking around to see what was on TV but was grabbed and forced up the stairs.
Throwing Ford to the floor, Torin locked the door behind him. He sighed, glaring at the male with a tinge of regret. "Alright. Here we are."
Torin's room was baby blue. He had a bed to the side and one window where he could see the front lawn. He had a working desk across from the bed, a closet and even a small private bathroom. "Woah... Your room... It doesn't have much." The male said, sitting on the floor. Torin dropped his bag and went to his closet. Reaching inside, he grabbed a large bean bag and threw it to the floor before him. "There, you'll be sleeping on that."
Torin sounded cold, and well... That was an understatement. He was more than cold. "The bathroom's over there. If you need any food or drinks just tell me, I'll fetch whatever you need. So whatever you do... Don't. Leave. The. Room." The young man made himself clear. Soon, he fell onto his bed and lifted two dumbbells lying there.
Torin took hold of each one and sat down. Resting both arms on his thighs, he lifted the 20lbs one at a time, counting himself off whilst Ford watched in awe. "What?" He lowered his arms. "Oh that's right! Your a guest! You need shit to do, right! I have a laptop over there, you can use it." Gesturing over to his desk was a small laptop atop two or three text books. Torin always saw guests as leeches to some degree. People who came to eat good food and touch your stuff.
Ford however, he shook his head in denial and instead eyed Torin's progress with a big smile. 'Weird... But ok...' Torin went back to work, wasting the last remaining hours of sunlight working out. His new friend, watching away at every move he makes. Almost as though he were a fanboy of sorts.
