In no time, a new receptionist was hired and he was a really good guy. As our big boss went to outstation, when Li Qiqi had free time, she would sit there chatting with the new receptionist guy about everything. She'd only been working with him for a few weeks and he was quickly becoming her best friend.
Her buzzer sounded.
"Qiqi, it's lunch time. I need to get out of this place before I die of hunger. Let's head out for some far too greasy hotpot," Luyan's energetic voice through her speaker.
"Wait a minute. Give me a few minutes. I have finished this email for Master Foye and then I'll be there."
When Li Qiqi came out of her office, Luyan threw his arm around her shoulders as they headed for the elevators. Then the lift door opened just as Luyan was leaning down towards her in what would seem like an intimate moment to outsiders. That was when our big boss saw as he stepped through the open doors.
