When I got home, I poured myself a glass of whiskey and climbed into my bed. I picked up my phone and stared at the picture of me and Ru Wen that was proudly displayed on my screen.
Oh, God. I already missed her, so I decided to video call her. I smiled as she answered on the second ring, and her face came across my screen.
"Hi, my love," she smiled.
"Hi, my baby, I just wanted to say good night."
"Are you on drinking a whiskey?" she asked.
I held up my glass so she could see it.
"Yes, I am. You?"
She held up her glass of red wine and smiled.
"So do I, as usual, red wine."
"You should go to sleep by now, so my bride beauty glowing up on aisle," I said gently to her.
"Hehe. I was going to sleep actually, but my sexy groom had called me and wanted to video call so I couldn't resist his wanted thought."
